Mortuary Mire may be a good option as a 1-of in here. It'll give you a recursion theme off a utility land. It comes in tapped, but for 15 cents in a control deck, it is a good option to replace a basic swamp.
Welcome back! Thanks for the content. It is dangerous. I spend more money building a bunch of budget decks than the cost of one non-budget deck, lol. But, options and being able to hand a deck to someone and say, "You like it? It's yours" is worth it.

Not anymore. The absolute absurd amount of removal in modern kinda sucks for deck that need key pieces in order to work. Personally I’d like to see the “free” spell cards banned. Or at least most of them.
