I have lived in Thailand for 13 years. The diet here is what city folks would call macrobiotic. Lotta fresh veg, small cuts of lean meat or tofu, lotta rice. Thai food pyramid is no less than 5 colors of food per day

Hi Mark, can you please list of all the veggies grandma put it in vegetables curry? I noticed some broccoli, pineapple, carrots, baby corn, basil, probably bamboo shoots and green beans, and not sure what else in it. I'm going to try to make it a different brand of curry paste since we won't be able to get their curry paste here in The States.
Can't wait to be able to travel to Thailand. I really like the food (though Indian is still my favorite) and I really want to get to know the jungles, the islands and the temples.
