Hard to come home to an empty house. My sweet little boy was always waiting at the door. Miss him so much. Hope there is an afterlife. Want to hold my little dog Buddy again. 💔
Although your poems make me sob for my lost fur baby, I think they are beautiful. I really pray I will meet her again together with all the animals I have had through out my life, right down to Henry a furry catapiller
Dear Miriam, We understand the deep bond you had with your beautiful horse, and it's heartbreaking to hear that even after four years, the pain and tears persist. Grief can be a complex and individual journey, and there is no set timeline for healing. Please be gentle with yourself during this time. It's okay to grieve and to feel the emotions that come with the loss of a cherished companion. Consider seeking support from friends, family, or even professional resources who can provide understanding and guidance. Remember that your love for your horse was pure and beautiful, and that love continues to live on within you. While finding peace may take time, it's important to allow yourself the space and patience needed to heal. If there's anything we can do to support you further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Dear Kevin, We're sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is tough. The poem "Waiting at the Door" beautifully reflects the bond between humans and their pets, offering hope of a reunion in the afterlife. It brings us comfort, reminding us that our pets' love endures, and someday, we'll be together again. Treasure the memories of your sweet Mingo, and know that she'll be waiting for you at the door. I lost my beautiful Chihuahua girls a few years ago. I miss them so much. Such a beautiful poem.
just learn to have a new type of relationship with your dog. Life will never be the same, but as a broken then mended base, we learn to live again.

My dog died a year ago last night. Your readings really helped get me through the hard times. Thank you.
Thank you again for the lovely poems. It has been quite some time now since my Bani & Bingo have passed on and I still miss them so much. 😢
I wonder how would be the intonation and inflexions that a real pet would use to tell these words to us. Well... I wonder that will depend on the pet.
