I'm going to the Manhattan store on Thursday. Do I mention I saw the video of you? I was on a rent to own, but will just rent regularly for now.
@@anthonygrant2225 If you do it online through the link provided you'll save $50 off your first purchase and it'll help me out as well at no extra cost to you!
If you talk to them in person you can mention the code ETA50 and maybe it'll work that way, but not sure. If you do it online via the link it'll work for sure. Thanks and let me know how it goes!

This is actually a really good video for those who may be interested in renting one of those things. Kinda cool.
Thank you!
awesome dude congratulations! Great work on the video.
Thanks!
Pedal assist 1 is always what the advertised range is for. Up to 60miles range in PAS1. I got a co op generation e1.2, I get about the same range, but only 20mph with pedal assist, no throttle. I still get where i need to without the bus
stepping over the ebike was rough too but i gotton used too it
We need more EtaOnTheBike more often
I like that handlebar view 😂
I agree!
@@ETAonTheEUC yea it actually was a nice change of view
It can actually go up to 27 if you mess with the settings.
I have the same bike ...i also uber. Do 5 hrs a day, charge every 2 days
I’m all over this! Shoot anything is better then bike I have lol
i hear ya lol
WHATEVER U DO DONT RENT A ZOOMO BIKE UPTOWN 🙏🏾🙏🏾
😳
Why not?

Its $130 for the first month only then its regular price after that. They do give out $30 promo codes evey now & then but yea. & I def recommend getting the extra battery if they have some available, not worth it $$$&time wise. & Dont forget u can only work on good days cause them fees for messing up 1 of them bikes 😂😂shiii
Thanks for clarifying! :)
how much u got paid for promoting them?
a million dollars in bitcoin
What if your rental ebike is stolen while doing deliveries? Is it covered? Will they let you rent another ebike from them? Especially if it happens more than once. I had 5 bikes stolen in NYC.
I didn't ask their policy on stolen e-bikes, but I would assume the renter would be liable in some fashion.
If you have coverage they offer a recovery service...all the bikes have GPS they send put an armed guard ...free if u have coverage...$300 if u dont...
When you rent it, do you just keep it at your apartment or can you store it there? I’ve seen several reports of apartments in NYC banning e-bikes, that seems like an interesting work around in that case if it’s not too far from where you live. Otherwise, I guess renting can be ok, but you can get some pretty cheap mountain bike style e-bikes, so like with most things, if you’re working it, you’re probably better off shelling out $500-$1,000 and just owning it. You’d be better off in less than 6 months.
I see many people leave the e-bikes at the shop, so I'm assuming they are renting those ones. Their site says you can rent as well as buy them outright
You can take it home during the rental period.
I didn’t know ETA was so good at reviewing PEVS 👀
Lol thanks man. I was kind of hoping someone would give me props on the video for the amount of work I put into it 😅😝
Kindly reply when the winter comes nd its snowing will u still be foing food delivery with onewheel or bycicle?
I have for the last two years, so yes. If it’s really bad out then I do walking mode, but those days don’t happen often
Maybe someone knows how to turn on the headlight and tail light on this bike from Whiz? When braking, the brake light works. I couldn’t find a button to turn on the headlights anywhere, and the headlights are connected by wire to the bike and the wires go into the bike frame.
it's been a while since i rode a whizz bike. ask the people at the shop and they will tell you. GL!
darn i was about to do a review on it since i have already rented it out as well nice video man cuz i seen all on facebook but never on youtube you the first one that i seen so far but i am gonna say whaat i want to say on my review on the whizz bikes its pretty sketchy for a company but ill def explain about that later ^_^
Why u don’t like whizz?
@@forever2four i had it for 4 months now and its been a good ride so far for me i think i have changed my mind about it so
so far so good on my end
@@JoinTeamSammy Ok i was thinking on buying rent to own and dash with it in Queens. Where you at with it? Is it fast ? How long it holds?
@@forever2four yeah it’s pretty decent with the speed I take like 5 deliveries within one battery if u got 2 it’s better with premium package it helps out long term if u need to save battery just hi by train with ur bike that has essibikty to go yo cities it will be better that way too
@@JoinTeamSammy you in nyc
If I rent it for a month, I have to return the bike every day? Or just at the end of the month?
pretty sure you can keep the bike at your place if you're renting. contact whizz if you have any questions, and use my promo code ETA30 at checkout to save 30 bucks off your first purchase! thanks!
the rear rack is ridiculous for food delivery bags, should be atleast 16 inches wide to strap down pizza boxes
They also have food baskets they can put on at the shop
I always have mixed feelings about rent to own setups. I know that often, you'll pay more for the product than someone that's just buying it outright.
But depending on what that premium is, it might still be a good option for folks in certain circumstances. Like if you have bad credit and you can't afford to just buy it outright, or buy it and have it split into payments... this will at least get you out immediately, and working, and making some money. It could very well be worth it depending on what's going on, so it's not always necessarily a bad deal.
Not sure if you can buy them outright. My main focus was testing out the ebike
EDIT: I just checked their site and it looks like you can rent or buy outright if one prefers :)
60 miles with pedal assist at pedal assist 1 bro. 60 miles is just a higher number for marketing
Yeah it only goes up to about 20 miles at max assist, had to get a 2nd battery so I'm able to do an 8 hour shift
@@MastaDivinityhow much you weigh
@@fucklife1 250
Do u get to keep the ebike
no
Damn is this only in nyc
i hear they plan on going national soon
Multiple cities I’m in philly
That company is horrible why would you do a bike when you have one wheel. Insane to me.
i don't think they are horrible 🤷♂️
I had to decline it
