    Cut the outer part of the peel

    Put 1 kg of peeled oranges in a saucepan
    Add 700 gr. Sugar
    Mix well, and bring to a boil over high heat, and when boiling turn down to medium
    Cut the peels into thin strips
    Boil the peels for 10 minutes, the time is counted from the boiling point
    We test if their bitter taste is gone, if not we repeat the same process 1-2 times
    When the peels lose their bitter taste, add them to the jam
    Simmer over medium heat, a total of about 45 minutes to 1 hour
    During the last 10-15 minutes of cooking, stir the jam more often, so that it does not stick
    2-3 minutes before removing it from the heat, add 1 vanillin
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    The jam is ready when it falls from the spoon as a mass
    Put it hot in sterilized jars

    Add 1 kg of peeled mandarins

    When the peels lose their bitter taste, add them to the jam
    Boil the jam over medium heat for about 30 minutes
    Stir regularly with a wooden spoon, so that it does not stick
    If it is too sticky, add some water and let it boil
    During the last 2-3 minutes of boiling, add 1/2 lemon juice
    1 Vanillin
    Bring to a boil
    The jam is ready when it falls from the spoon like a mass
    Equalize the hot tangerine jam in sterilized jars
