As someone with constant chronic pain, I'm in love with this song. It encapsulates a lot of my feelings while also sounding great and being easy to repeat on loop.
He's a beast. Every time I listen to this I hear something new.
This was the last song he wrote for the album. He wrote it in Canada last year. You can see his development over time with this one. It makes the perfect introduction to the album as a whole. The pain through the lyrics and the music itself represents his pain in such a visceral and heartbreaking way. I love this track ❤
