I genuinely wish the best for Ren however i don't want the industry to taint him, I firmly believe Ren can do this without big industry players.
Raw creative talent like Ren hasn't visited our lives for a long time now, and he isn't afraid to be experimental and work outside the box.
Ren said it is one take up until the wheel chair, and the reason for that was that if the water went wrong it would be at total and utter write off .

I have a theory on Ren. Bear with me here.
I believe in the Talent Fairy. She comes shortly after birth of some artists, pinches some Talent Dust out of her Talent Bucket, and sprinkles talent over the baby. Mozart, Van Gogh, Hendrix, you name it, they all were sprinkled over by the Talent Fairy.
But on that fateful day of March 1990, the Talent Fairy had enough. It's a tough and lonely job, you know, nobody ever thanking her... So she hovered over Ren's crib flapping her little wings, said "F*ck it!", and *dumped the whole bucket of Talent Dust on him* . And then she quit the job.
This not only explains the insane talent of Ren, but also the lack of any other creative artist around nowadays.
That's my theory, and I stand by it. All Hail the Talent Fairy. 🧚♀

This is an artistic masterpiece! Ren said in his live stream that there is only one cut in this entire video and that was because of the part with the water. Sam’s cinematography is stunning and REN’s performance and musicality are phenomenal! Ren wrote everything including the piano and strings. So much heart and talent in our boi ❤. I think that a lot of people forget that Ren is still unwell and undergoing intensive treatment and that this must have been an immense effort for him!

Ren's The Money Game ARG treasure hunt was over 14 days of riddle solving, collaboration as a group to follow series of hints, cyphers, coding, decoding, finding the puppet accounts Involved, a video choose your own adventure, binary, morse, direct misdirection from Ren & Jake all within a sea of red herrings. An IRL finale with the winners streaming the final treasure buried in the woods...
Research documents (group created) around each of the seven deadly sins, quizzes and more.
Involved people from all walks of life and our coding crew were essential for some parts.
Insane two weeks, and the best time and community on Discord.
Ren wrote all of the music for this including the orchestral parts. He said he practiced quite a bit to get the piano intro right. He also said that this isn't precisely a one take, it has a single cut in it, but it had to due to some logistics and time constraints. He explained it all in his Twitch live stream after the video dropped. He's really proud of this one, and should be. It's another great example of Ren's pure musical ARTISTRY.
The live stream is like 45 mins long, fast forward to the last 15 mins too save ya some time, but definitely watch it!!!😎

I didn’t think I had any more superlatives for REN’s art but then I saw MG3. It’s beyond beyond. In a world where we get up every day to more monstrous atrocities we have this little pinhole that allows us to see what could be. So I guess I go back to Hi Ren lyrics when he said “some people” know me as hope.” So that’s the adjective I’m going to use. REN’s music and artistry give me hope. We all deserve that…
I have been listening to this song on repeat for a lot of hours now, but the one thing i couldn't get out of my head, was wanting to see you react to it.

Ren got number 1 in the UK album charts last night. For an independent artist, it's an incredible achievement. Add in all the health issues and obstacles he faces, and it's just beyond amazing. There is a video of him finding out which made me cry with joy 😊 . I'll find the link and send it in a reply. I'm so proud of him and the global community(RENagades) he's managed to cultivate. He's insanely talented and deserves everything he is getting g at the moment. My journey started with hi ren when I was in a dark place, and it saved me, so thank you, @renmakesmusic , for everything you give us. Peace and love to you all great reaction also.

Ren is one of the most important artists of our time, his lyrical content is so on point, on so many levels. Love how you two are so respectful to the artists you review, you guys are my new go to for reviews.
He said in a stream that it was a one take up until when the camera swings around the back of the wheel chair and the only reason is because they only had 1 chance to get the ending, with the rain. They couldn't just remove the rain or dry the suit. If they needed to go again, they would have to wait until the next day so he said it just wasn't possible. It is 100% live. Check out his stream from yesterday either on UA-cam or Twitch.
Ren is a Bard wrapped inside of Circus Ring Leader wrapped inside a poet. He makes content, you watch, you pay attention, and he gives you a show. He's an absolute PERFORMER. All caps. Also, could this track have not come out at any better time, considering current events?
I hope that I can articulate this correctly. One of my absolute favourite things to see with regards to Ren's music is when reactors are able to see the importance of his message so vividly that they are willing to happily and humbly forego the basic premise(s) of their channels and allow the viewer to simmer in what they just saw. Another such example is a voice instructor who was reacting to one of his songs (can't remember which one at the moment). She simply indicated that the message was too important to analyse vocal technique, and allowed it to stand on its own merit. There are times when you can elevate your reaction to the extreme by simply throwing any preconceived agenda out the door, IMNSHO.

It was a one shot take, him and the crew busted their ass to make it a one take. ONLY one cut and that was obviously the rain seen because the suit was expensive and could only be wet once if it was ever going to fit properly again

What amazes me and no one notices is that Ren only breathes once right before he speaks the first line. The reast of the musical he does not breathe again. Wow, just Wow!

I’ve watched this performance so many times already and it STILL holds my entire attention.
I was completely shocked to silence after the premiere of this masterpiece. All I could think of was that if Netflix doesn’t give Ren and Sam their own show, then they’re 100% stupid. This is some of the best storytelling ever.
BTW I would really love to see you react to Crutch feat. Bibi. It’s an older song from before Ren was finally diagnosed correctly and was written after a breakdown following multiple emergency trips to the hospital. It is heart wrenching and utterly stunning. It’s one of my personal favourites from Ren. Also I think metal head Kyle will appreciate it especially. It is pure artistic expression of emotions 🐐🐰🕳️

Thank you guys for reacting to this one and for continuing to support Ren and other artists that have an important message like FIR, Tom MacDonald, Adam Calhoun, and NF. I know there are more but those are the ones I'm most familiar with.
Ren is that voice that doesn't come around very often and the only people I can think of that have come close to having the charisma, talent and genuine belief in their message are 2Pac, Kurt Cobain, and John Lennon and we lost both of them way too early. We very well could've lost Ren a few years ago but he refused to give up or give in and he was persistent about finding a way to treat what was making him sick even if it was too late for himself. I believe he went thru all that he has to make him tough enough to stand for his message against anyone or anything and as long as he stays true to himself and his craft then I will do anything I can to support him.

Always love your guys reactions. One thing I wanted to point out, is when you commented that some people are more legit like Bezos (or Gates/Jobs/etc). I have come to realize there is no such thing as a 'good' billionaire. You just can't acquire that much wealth without taking massive advantage of people or destroying lives. As a techie, I used to look up to people like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. But your start to realize the ideas they stole from others, the people who's hard work they took the credit for, the sweatshops that created many of the products. There really is no way to win the money game without hurting others.

The treasure hunt was the end of a scavenger hunt event that he did with his community based on the 7 deadly sins. the last one was greed and we had to work together to find a random location in the world where he buried a bunch of money. The people that found it first were told to go there and sent a link to stream themselves finding it. I highly recommend watching it. don't have to make a video about it, but it was really cool to watch.

Ren is excellent at doing the free spoken poetry/battle rap thing, always on rhythm.

Knox said he got to go to a rehearsal, and he's the dude counting the money in the cocaine scene in the finished video. How cool is that. Loving EVERYTHING Ren. Started watching him 2months ago. Since, I watch him almost everyday, for hours at a time. Have turned on my children, thier children, and my friends, to this one of a kind human treasure.
