Looks nice. Although personally I think 3 Bathrooms is a little excessive for a house that size; 2 would do just fine. I think I would forgo the bottom bathroom for extra living space.

Liked it but there are a few things for me that don't work. Firstly, I think the living/dining area is very small for potentially 4 people to live in fulltime, it is very cramped for that many people. Secondly, the first bedroom has no storage for clothes other than a few drawers which would be a problem I think. Thirdly, while I love the master suite, having the bed up against the wall means one person will always struggle to get out of bed having to either crawl down to the end of the bed or climb out over another person, so not ideal for full time living as that would totally bug me every day/night. You really do need at least 40-50cm minimum to allow someone to get out and go to the bathroom without disturbing the other occupant of the bed. Maybe something to bear in mind for future designs?

This is an amazing design to put into a divested & oppressed black neighborhood & rent out to a black family for $1,500/month. Especially with the solid stucco gate. That’s perfect if the property is in a rural ‘hood.
I would like to convert one of the bedrooms into my personal office where I can have my desk and a sofa. The one bedroom that is 6sqm² The desk will include a duel monitor setup so it’s a big big desk.

Cost of the house? Probably about 250-300, I'm assuming after its constructed. If you could get it under that, It would be in high demand. Well, not so much now that the bottoms about to fall concerning the housing market.

It clearly shows that you have worked hard to make these videos, and the design you present shows great imagination and originality. Is there any reason none of these plans show a basement? Are basements not practical where you are?
Downstairs... The toilet if the door was at the middle of the wall, "behind the door" it could be made a shower. And the laundry place downstairs it s just uncomfortable.... I could made that place "pantry room." (i don't know if i spell it right, as english isnt my language) . But yes... A room for all stuff you need (as yhe furniture of kitchen isnt that much). And also in bedrooms this "trick" is always a lifesaver as u can place the wardrobe behind the door. If the door is positioned exactly at the corner of the wall, well you have to "cut" that size where the door opens on the side wall. I didn't pay attention to this house, i m just saying generally. Me i love to create space in small places. To try to organize it in order to make to fit as many things as possible where the space isnt helping you. I also learned from experience when i moved a house,i saw the mistakes and how the project could be done even better. I dont have any studies, but i love architecture and design

@1:17, seriously I don't get why people want to see their kitchen from the street door, nobody is that tidy. This is a small space trying to fit too much in and the living is certainly not up to a fully occupied house.
The only change I would make is eliminating the top floor balconies and make it in to closet space and making the top ceiling a terrace for the master bedroom boom 🙌🏽
I'd take back 2nd floor bedroom and enlarge 2nd floor bath. Use rear bedroom as multi purpose room. Stack w/d, a place for ironing. Large closet for seasonal clothes storage. Drop down rack for towel drying. Slimmer window as well. Love it but would hate the stairs 🙃

It’s nice to have a potty on the main level so you don’t have to climb stairs to wee wee. It’s easier for guests too.

I like multiple storey buildings. This one is amazing.
Liked it but there are a few things for me that don't work.

My issue with a wall that closes to the house is, it is easy for criminals to use as cover and break into your home. That is too close.
