I am a new subs. can you design a 6x8 meters (can go up to 50 sqm) house? 1st floor is parking, 1 bedroom with T&B 2nd floor is living, dining, kitchen, T&B, with balcony 3rd floor is 1 master BR, 2 bedroom, 1 T&B roof deck for water tank, laundry area, dirty kitchen.
Could i request4.8x4 meter 3storey with 3.5meter set back with loft on ground floor .separate unit on 1st floor and 2nd floor all together3units for apatments purposes .will highly appriciated if this request are granted .
