This design makes extremely good use of the floor area. Simple but elegant lines. Great use of staircase areas. Very useable kitchen area and I like the offset use of refrigerator space. Bathrooms may be little tight for bigger person but I like the layouts as they use the small spaces effectively. Overall I think one of your best small designs and I like it. Aesthetics externally are eyecatching. Thanks fir this one. Might look at this for Cavite. Bushyboy Oz.
