Those mystery sirens are unlike anything else I’ve ever seen.
You got a great video and you did a great job making this video
Way-to-go dude!
Really cool sirens keep it up
This is cool
River edge NJ has Model 5 sirens only used for Fire calls and Oradell NJ has 3t22 siren at the Fire house
The 2 mystery sirens are air horns with weird prototype horns and the other one is a Sterling K-5 I believe
Micah Rakestraw thanks helps a lot!
The master blasters are church bells or just pa horns and the mystery sirens is a set of horns (truck horns) and a vertical sterling
4:32 you can see the moon.
Yes
I swear to god this feels like something out of an analog horror series.
Btw the “mystery siren” is a Sterling K2 in horrible shape.
Kasey thanks.
You’re welcome.
Is there an old Federal catalogue anywhere displaying a square horned STL/H model?
Creeperboy099 I don’t know exactly.
5:16 that’s not a siren. It’s church bell speakers
True. It also could be a custer.
@@cooldomino1800 well, Custer could have needed a siren way out in Montana when all those Indians surrounded his troops. Been there to see the battleground and the monument to the troops.
You should have go to Limestone New York it’s a small town near Bradford Pennsylvania and i been there and limestone has 2 sirens a STH-10 and idk if it’s a 3t22 or a 2t22 idk
OK. ill check that out someday.
I did hear a siren near me at a golf course in Mamaroneck, Westchester when I was walking outside, do you know what siren that was, and where it is located so I can find it next time? It sounded like a Whelan when I herd it.
What state are you in? I’m not sure.
@@cooldomino1800 New York
I couldn't find it on google maps.
what airline did you fly? also, good video. Nice to see warning sirens there.
American Airlines I believe.
6:12 Those model 2-120s sound awesome in attack.
The second mystery siren is a very miserable Darley Model 2 that’s missing both of its skirts.
First mistery siren are (bigger horns) gamewell diaphones and another diaphones (small horns) dont remember company second one is sterling k3 without top
4:09 I live in Delaware amd most of the sirens in the video have been replaced. There also is whelen vortexs at that correctional prison and a unknown roof mount on the building on the siren map. (Whelen #1 is at the time linked above)
Nice! Do they test?
@@cooldomino1800 I haven't seen the schedule in a while ill go check!
The best i can tell you right at the moment is the the sirens are used by the corrections department and Delawares safety and emergency.
Also in Wilmington I found this Nice and pretty rare 2001 and in a different part of the state theres a roof mounted/pole Thunderbeem and thought i should bring them up to a fellow siren enthusiast.
What sirens in the video that you can think of have been replaced?
2:21 looks like a bosai musen, but there aren’t any in America, so idk
How can you tell the difference between a 1000 and a 1000T without hearing it
There’s not really a good way of telling by looking at it. You can look at the tag. That would tell you.
T128’s are my least favorite siren.
One replaced the very first thunderbolt that I ever saw :(
Oof. I’m sorry.
I never knew that square horned STL-10s even existed.
Yeah. I know there an active one in Long Island somewhere.
@@cooldomino1800 there’s one in a rural part of New York
@@BRISTOLFORCE2009 can I get the location?
@@cooldomino1800 I don’t remember what town, if I knew I would’ve said it
@@cooldomino1800Theres one behind Mitchell’s Tavern on Sheridan Dr in the Town of Tonawanda, NY
There is a square horned stl 10 behind my school
Like the square head stl tho
I like the one in delaware at the main fire Department its 7 years old today
Help me lol I live in Wilmington, Delaware and this one really weird and ominous siren goes off about once a month (at the minimum). I can’t even type how it sound but I don’t live near and prisons or fire stations and just can’t figure out what it means or where it’s coming from.
You can look up a state wide siren map of Delaware and figure out what siren is going. Most likely a test.
@@cooldomino1800 thank you so much!
Were those t128’s from oyster creek or tmi
Not TMI, It's not too far from Philadelphia.
@@cooldomino1800 was it oyster creek?
@@BRISTOLFORCE2009 possibly.
A Whelen Is located In Mamaroneck fire station

Yesterday I saw a ACA hurricane in philly on a tall white building next to the statue off of one of the bridges
OMG what street
@@BRISTOLFORCE2009 hey,what bridge was it
2:58. Sounded like a gun shot. Doesn’t surprise in those states. Especially NY
Some of them I may have found
Wtf i just heard like a nuclear siren outside i went outside and i was freaking out. I couldn't feel anything i went numb but then it stopped should i be worried? 😨
It may have been a test. you should tune to your radio station, or TV for details. it may have been a test.
Square horned stl 10 stole the horns from 10 different thunderbolt sirens
No there are a very fiew stl 10s that have Square horns its original
@@grimatronicpl7163 ok
