I know everybody upset that Julia “still works at Waffle House” but, and just bear with me here,.....
What if she actually likes her job at the Waffle House? I know most of y’all think a job like that is beneath you but not everybody is a total snob and maybe we can all agree there are worse ways to make a living?
My dad was a cop for 47 years. I never understood it. Still don’t. It’s not for me. But he loved his job and wouldn’t have done anything else for all the money in the world. I wish I loved my job that much.
Ikr! Honestly I would LOVE to work there. It’s just my style of restaurant, so comfy, warm and inviting.
She was offered school in fine dining, where she could make more money and expand her knowledge of food and her palate. People were rooting for her, so yeah its disappointing to see her working STILL in a waffle house when she's gotten so much exposure.
@@nicolemonrueshe stated that she "likes her job." I've worked in a restaurant and it's not easy. What she's doing is right up there with the best of the best. She knows her craft and does it well. Restaurant work is some of the most difficult work around; and it takes a skilled professional to pull it off night after night. Besides, Julia took Gordon Ramsay's offer and went to culinary school. She's now using what she learned in school to maximize her output. And as you can see, she's managing the whole operation. What more do you want. If she was working in a Michelin star restaurant, the results and her position would still be the same. As far as I'm concerned she made it to the top in this industry.
Dear God, why is Julia freakin' Williams still at the Waffle House?? She's a genius. She was one of the great all-time contestants on Hell's Kitchen, and a lovely human being. This is kind of upsetting. I went looking for Julia online because I'd hoped to find that she'd got ahead in life. Julia, honey, if you ever read this, God bless you.
I seen something where it says that she actually did take up Ramsay’s offer to go to culinary school. I even read something where he was interviewed and talked about her going to the school
But if she went to culinary school she should not be at the Waffle House still

@@poopyfartboi I know right? And I'm not afraid to say that strong capable black women struggle unfairly in Gordon Ramsey's world. Julia Williams knocked out of the top three was an outrage, and I have no doubt it's only because she is black.

Thats Julia Williams from hells kitchen!!! Chef Ramsey offered her a culinary school scholarship and told her once she was through to come back and win it hands down, I was rooting for her! Its disappointing to see she went back to waffle house, truly a shame😒

This is the first comment I've ever made on UA-cam but I grew up in Georgia and when I first clicked on the video I thought it might have been an off brand Anthony bourdain but the way you talked about the waffle house experience made me realize it was more then that and I really enjoyed it
Waffle House is so good, I'd take a road trip to the South just for it. Seriously.

I just noticed I live down the street from the Waffle House he goes to in this clip.
If there was an undercover boss episode at Waffle House, she would for sure get some serious recognition. In general most waffle house employees are usually really solid in preparing and serving food.

I moved to Atlanta and I do not understand the obsession with Waffle House. Oh, and go Georgia Tech!
It’s mostly just due to breakfast food being extra amazing when you’re wasted. I’ve eaten WH during the day like 2 times in my life lol
