Tract are some of the clearest and best built Optics on the Planet but anything other than long range Yotes or Whistle Pig Hunting this is by no means the Optic. The FFP is hard to see on low Magnification and low light as with most FFP Optics and if you have issues with your vision then FFP is your enemy. This is a great Optic but carrying this thing around on your Rifle Platform is silly. This Tract for 6 to 7 hundred yard precision Groundhog hits I can see that, just chilling behind your Bipod. Tract Optics are next level quality if you can afford them.
yes true, i wouldnt be carry this through the bush deer hunting with, way to much scope, but if i'm out long range hunting sure!. on low mag the reticle is very thin, but the glass is nuts for clarity!!. they have some good hunting scopes i want to try out yet and see how they are. thanks for the comment and dont forget to subscribe!! thanks again!!
No it isn't. It's not good for hunting because it's massive and weighs to dang much. Don't need a scope that large and heavy for hunting animals. Plus the cost is complete yuck!
this is for long range hunting. Also just to keep you informed a vortex viper pst genii weighs 31.2 ounches where as this one weighs 30 ounces. so it is really lighter.
nice looking hunting scope. great review
