I glad I made this purchase because I went to finance a new Honda rebel 300/ or the 500 my mouth dropped when they told me the 300 was $6500 and the 500 was $9800 you know when you finance by the time your done paying off bike add a extra 2000 taxes n interest lol so I went with this bike thanks to you I love it . Can’t beat the the price $ bran new $3000. 2021
@@BigRych92 At first I'm just going to tune the carb, de-cat the exhaust and change the rear sprocket. Once i get some miles on it and broke-in i'll start some of the major engine mods like porting the head, cam and either deck the stock head or install a Wiseco 11:1 piston. And before the summer i'll install the oil cooler. I don't really need one right now as the cooler weather is here now.
I have about seven miles on mine, and the only issue that I have found is that the blue background light on the speedo will flicker and go out every once in awhile. It sounds better live than on video, like a single engine Huey helicopter from afar. @RocmillTheBoss you have some good sounding pipes yourself!

For a second I thought that you said you can't ride it with a speedo on my eyes are playing tricks on me cuz I was going to say that hell you can't I do it all the time American flag Speedos with a big American flag on my bike that's right Commies this is merica..
@@DannyCasino Of course we rode it (it is my youngest sons first bike) without the night light. Venom Sports promptly sent me a new one which was very simple to replace.
I got tired of the vibration from the thumper engine and will swap it out with a Honda Rebel 500cc motor and tran. Did the size measurement and will just have enough space. Had issues with the gears sometimes sticking and not wanting to go to neutral. Would have had to do some serious modifications to install rubber motor mounts. So just decided to change the engine all together. Will then install rubber mounts on the new engine.
Hey bro I had a lifan 200cc years ago, at highway speed it vibrated so bad it would make your hands go numb. Ended up causing cracks in the weld and on the plastic. How is the vibes on your ride?
When I had the bike it would vibrate also and on top of a out of round tire I wouldn’t push it to hard but running about 50 mph would be okay but anything more was terrible

My clutch handle broke when I did the rookie thing and dropped it. Can't seem to find parts anywhere. Even on Amazon. Is this bike similar or compatible with another name brand bikes parts?
She rides pretty good for the most part I have about 200 miles on her I use her to commute to work maybe twice a week but with the rain we’ve been getting I haven’t had the chance to ride her much but your in a upright position so pretty comfortable I don’t get tired lol

You can just get a universal clutch kit that’s probably your best bet

We went and looked at one for sale today. The throttle was really stiff and did not spring back was yours's the same?
Yeah mine was the same I just adjusted the actual throttle cable and the hex screw on the side of the handle bars hope this helps
