Rama raised an army to rescue her, but had to overcome a major obstacle. To get to his wife, Rama and his army must cross 30 miles of open ocean to build a bridge to Lanka. Some of the interesting details of the building of Rama's Bridge is that they were writing Rama's name on these stones, and that would magically levitate the stones. Indonesia was a Hindu kingdom before the Arab Admiral, Zheng He, (1371 - 1435 AD) of the Chinese Emperor conquered it (around 1400 AD?) and converted people to Islam. Before that, girls from Indonesia came to India and married locals and vice versa. The Indonesian girls introduced steam cooking to India. There was active trade between India, Indonesia, Malaysia (also converted from Hinduism to Islam), Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam!
      Even today there is a huge temple in Indonesia that has been hidden under mud to stop it from being destroyed. It now looks like a large mud pyramid!
      Indonesia President's daughter is called Siti (Sita). The national bird is Garuda. Bali is even today majority Hindu. I believe many people in the moutains on other Indonesian islands still practice Hinduism secretly.

I also saw a really huge wheeled chariot or cart which was broken down in a narrow back street which looked like it was broken and in disrepair. It was 30-35 feet tall and still painted. I am assuming it was built within the last 100-200 years. What amazed me was its size and engineering technicality. To see is different, to understand is different, to understand the ununderstood is still not only very very difficult but also time consuming, because you have to perceive and relate what you see with your own knowledge of things. It could be zoology, engineering, history of mankind itself....where rationalist like Praveen takes you to amazing observations, that's simply brilliant. He weaves a stone onto a gem unobserved by millions over centuries and says that West is not after all that inventor intelligent ...who only index wrongly (time) conclude wrongfully(alien) ... Some factors are
      1. Superiority of Western people. They think everything is related to them.e.g. Aryan invasion theory
      2 MusIim invaders: thousands of temples destroyed and library was burnt. It is said that there were so many original books in that liberary and that took 3 months to burn into ashes and budhhist monks were killed who could rewrite some of books. All this because of jealousy towards Indic religions superiority in medical science and other fields.
      2. Our own govt: initial periods after independence of India. Our education minister was MusIim so it was obvious that our school books will glorify Mughals and mostly focus on that periods while our own thousands of years history and other south Indian Kingdoms history got few paragraphs in books and few pages chapter describing thousand years old history.

Both species were walking the earth 2 million years ago, according to the anthropology I learned in college, so their existence is generally accepted.

If you look there are two people inside the ‘wheels’ and two standing on the wheels. Like a hamster wheel the people in the wheels would provide locomotion the the vehicle with extra locomotion added by the two on top walking like a treadmill. I would assume the two on top were the soldiers, only providing assistance to locomotion when needed, their main objective being battle first. Just explaining what I see and common sense and observation telling me this was a very functional vehicle. =)

    Fun fact : The main deity of this temple is half man-half Lion God Narasimha with his consort Lakshmi. Baby Krishna is also one of the deities. So this is a Trikuta temple ( Three corners temple).
    That may be the reason why it features so many hybrid animals.
    A Sage named Rshabha( Bull) performed a penance here. Perhaps he was the one who greeted Praveen !

    As I work through your videos, I'm really starting to appreciate the art of Indian Temples and much like Roman or Greek carvings into temples and monuments, the carvings are telling a story, which I find fascinating. I'm sure a lot of the carvings are based on events that really happened....It's like reading an ancient comic book without any text...so you have to get meaning and context all from each individual carving. When they were made, the stories they tell were probably well known by everyone...and now, all we have are whatever history has trickled down to us. Amazing stuff, thanks partner for doing this and I am slowly working my way through all of your videos.

    You have shown the meticulousness of ancient civilizations. My question is where did they obtain the knowledge to accomplish this work? Evidently, their daily activities/tasks were common in their day.
    What I find also amazing is their interaction with various species of animals/mammals! Some of which you have exposed/shared is not easily found in books, or even taught!!

      There is nothing he's not saying. He's clutching at straws. There are plenty of other open minded researchers that do a much better job at exploring ancient sites. People that can imagine a chariot that has panels on their sides, instead of claiming it's an ancient tank. A high technology contraption from which people shoot arrows. Come one, man.
      Not to mention the "compound bow". He has absolutely no knowlege of archery, but is quick to make all the wrong assumptions.

    • @Agnet_Faze
      @Agnet_Faze 3 роки тому +6

      @@gizmonomono Do you have a better point of view than him? Besides, in ancient Hindu scriptures, flying vehicles have been mentioned which is so weird since at that time one will say "how is that even possible because I think in ancient times, people were "uncivilised" or civilisation only just started at that time... so how come in scriptures such as Ramayana itself, flying vehicles were mentioned?

    • @gizmonomono
      @gizmonomono 3 роки тому +1

      @@Agnet_Faze I absolutely belive there were ancient advanced civilizations before the cataclysm 12000 years ago. But his conclusions are beyond naive. He takes everything as absolute proof. Even things that don't make sense. It's one thing being open minded. It's another thing to just blindly belive everything.
      For example, his "compound bow" thing is absurd. If you know anything about bows, or physics you'll know that's not the layout of a functional bow. And in his previous video he mentions how the arrows were very thick. Which must mean they were rockets. No, it just means it's incredibly hard to carve rock to be as thin as an arrow. You probably could do it, but that rock will weather or break in time. And that's what happened to the "rocket" he mentioned.
      Second, his conclusion that this "tank" vould not have been a chariot because you can't see the persons legs is just absurd. Take a look at roman or greek chariots. They have side panels. Meaning you cannot see the persons legs.
      Also, there is such a thing as artistic freedom, and imagination. So not everything depicted on paintings and rock carvings was an actual historic depiction. Like the 4 trunk elephant. Clearly it's deppicting a deity. But Praveen claims this was an animal that went extinct millions of years ago. And that this carving proves it. That's just ridiculous. No proff whatsoever.
      There are mindblowing temples and carvings in India, and all around the world that defy explanation. Precision work that should not be possible for ancient peoples This is something that actually demands more research, and not these carvings. We can look at them, admire them, but they don't prove shit. They are just taken out of context here.

    • @gizmonomono
      @gizmonomono 3 роки тому +1

      @@Agnet_Faze Do you want more? Praveen is just like mainstream academia, but on the opposite extreme. The great pyramid, or the pyramid of Khufu is only thought to be a tomb of Khufu because they found a small figurine of him close to the pyramid. So they concluded this has to be a tomb built for him. Which is a ridiculous assumption to make. And Praveen does the exact same thing with these carvings. He sees what he wants to see, and then draws conclusions. A true scientists admits he doesn't know something. And like these carvings, which are beautiful, and misterious, that figurine prooves nothing. All we can do is admire and respect them. If we start drawing quick conclusions about them, pretending they are proof of this or that, then we are no better than mainstream academia.

      Aztec temple art is displayed a similar "animation."
      Many entrance gates have guardians who are displayed in a resting/relaxed posture and when you pass the entrance point the same figure is in a more aggressive stance. These figures are no no longer colored as vibrantly as they would have been when they were being used to terrorize those who entered.
      It is an amazing art form. Whether what they were participating in inside the temples, were good or bad, is another story.
