Perfect house. On point. But the developer mark up is too high. You can build this for $250K including the land my friends. You just need to find a trusted, honest contractor. These days there ar,e some young, hungry, honest contractors in Accra who will work with you.

I’m glad you like the property, thanks a million for watching.
On a second note, a hungry contractor would not give you what you want nor give you value for money.
You need a competent and qualified contractor or company to give you value for money and they are not cheap.
From my observations, (no intention to hurt anyone) one of the reasons why our Diasporan brothers and sisters loose trust back home in the area of building their houses is because they rely on cheap labor but expect luxury and good finishes, it never works.

@@DoksimonHomes noted but equally there are so called “competent” and “qualified” contractors who are riding on the wave of fear amongst folk in the diaspora too much. Price does not always equal value. It’s not always the case that the more you pay the better outcome you get. Everyone just needs to be a bit more realistic - sure you cannot build a house with good finishes for peanuts; at the same time some of the markups being applied contractors is just downright greedy. There’s a healthy balance to be struck. Let’s all work together to achieve that.
