Some owners may have adopted or gotten a dog that was already docked so please don't automatically attack people for having a dog with a docked tail. It's unnecessarily rude and you really shouldn't be approaching total strangers to just be putting them down. People can't be 100% perfect so you have to educate and talk openly and respectfully, or else people will not want to listen at all.
And if you didn't have the choice for your puppy's tail then why are you being held responsible for it? Remember to be kind and open to communication out there.

Our dog Ethel is 50% pure Rottie and 50% lab, working dog cross. She looks 90% Rottie, She has a huge long tail that smashes everything. She is a sweet heart and hasn't caused us any issues.

My first few rotties were docked because I didn't know any better. Never again. Thankfully it is now banned in South Africa.

After having rt leg amputated and knowing the agony of phantom limb pain- the tail being an extension of the spine I can't imagine that phantom pain.
    No docking

Are you thinking of expanding your Amazon network to include Canada by chance? I am unable, at this time, to pick up any of your literature or dog items.🥺🥺

Canada IS included, many of their items are sold out. I’m Canadian and have two of their leashes and a collar. Also, their literature is on-line, you purchase them on the site.

puppies who have had their tails cut off are less likely to get tail injuries... just like gouging your eyes out would make you less likely to get an epilleptic seizure.

The American Kennel Club does allow docking in their breed standard. However it and the American Rottweiler Club also allow for tailed dogs. The tail is not to curve around and touch the back. That is also the standard for most international Rottweiler clubs. There is the expectation that the standard may change over time. Unlike say Labradors who are to have a full thick otter-like tail, Rotties have been without tails for some time. So breeders will need to add this to all the other things they look for in breeding stock.
Most responsible breeders dock their own tails, usually at 3 days old. There are specific directions in the breed standard.
Most countries (except the USA and I think Canada) have or are in the process of banning docking. There are exceptions such as a dog who repeatedly or seriously damages its tail can be docked by a vet.
Dogs with full tails may not be faster, but have been shown to have better balance with their tails. Think of a dog doing agility. They are constantly working with their tails to help balance themselves as they go around the course.
And, as others have said, Rottweilers have never been a cropped breed.

To be fair. There are at least 70 breeds that dock tails. Around 1/3 of AKC listed breeds have a docked tail in the standard. Crazy huh.

tail docking has been illegal in Switzerland for any breed of dog for ages. you also can't bring a dog with a docked tail into the country (aka buy one abroad; you can of course visit the country with one). it simply is not necessary and therefore mutilation with no benefit. same goes for cutting/"shaping" ears.

Rotties are far better with tales on, plus it lets people and other animals see that they are wagging it so they know they are not a threat, I have had Rotties with docked tales and without, and after getting used to the undocked version and being whipped to death by a happy dog, I much prefer it.

Docking their tales were done for various reasons working purposes health benefits don't ask me to explain that the Romans were stupid, anyways it was done for many reasons and we've gotten used to it, so why is everyone crying about how bad it is to get done, I've bread and raised boxer's they just wouldn't look the same with their tail it's done when their born and it doesn't hurt them anymore then it does to circumcise baby boys
