    I was doing keto and quit. Now I’m counting calories and trying to hit higher protein. I’ve also just starting working out at the gym. Im shooting for between 1600-1700 calories

      I hope this all works out for you! I have been doing this kind of meal planning for a few months now. I am trying to keep the word diet out of my vocabulary to help me. I have increased protein and fiber a ton! I can't wait to watch your journey 😊
