Ibiza opened my eyes to electronic/dance music and live DJ´s, but Jose Padilla and Cafe Del Mar were responsible for introducing me to an entirely new genre of music that I still listen to some 25 years later. I am so grateful for the privilege of being there in the 90´s whilst Jose was playing. Gracias a Jose para todos y descansa en paz, te recordaremos para siempre.
We played cafe del mar albums in the beach santa teresa costa rica, it was such an amazing experience, it really can touch your soul and heart. We always will remember Jose!
@@0n3MindSpinning Yes!! It became a tradition to go in December to see the meteor shower, we started going in 2000 there was nothing in the place it was magical, it still is but with more people

And when I go to Ibiza I have to listen to pop (or so called EDM) music in the clubs and Café del Mar was always empty :(
