Jackie Chan used various kung fu techniques and forms in his movies such as Snake and Crane Arts of Shaolin 蛇鶴八歩1977.
In this video, I introduce crane technique from Choy Lei Fut kung fu style but this techniqu is very common in traditional beaides CLF. There is same movement in Hung Gar style and even in Hakka systems also.
