Congratulations for hitting 50mph and fixing the problem. Now you have to upgrade the brakes to 203mm to stop the bike correctly, upgrade the suspension to get a better ride and upgrade the tires too to go a little faster.
Taller tire, equals more speed. I get 48 mph on a 60V battery pushing 65A. Volts = speed, Amps = Acceleration. For the thumb throttle, check your throttle out settings. It should be adjustable. I had mine set at 7.99V. It was too twitchy. dropped it a couple volts and now it's smoother.
Hell yeah dude. I'd recommend getting tires rated for higher speeds. Bicycle tires can become unstable at some point. Also hope you're wearing gear suitable for those speeds. Looks fun though

What about comfort being tall any suggestions between like Onyx RCR, Sur Ron, Super73 RX, Ariel Grizzly or… Taleria I’ve heard it’s slightly bigger than Sur Ron and has a better suspension… I’m about comfort and speed to keep up with traffic. I don’t care about wheelie’s tbh
Add a dc to dc converter to run the stock accessories. That will help a lot and save you weight on the extra batteries. Great videos man. And very impressive work bro.
I would love to save weight on the bike because it would give more range and feel more better turning but I feel like a super73 doesn’t look like a super73 without the battery on top 🥺
@@MrCentralDriver make a casing machine the one on tip and host the stedown electronics inside the casing and it will still look like the supper 73 and be lighter and have more range.and still power the lights woth that controller. It will step down the voltage to be with what it used to do when it had on the supper 73 battery pack.

I love running red lights on my s2 pisses off all the drivers I bet lol. Had to change from thumb to twist throttle as I find the thumb throttle gives me quite a bit of discomfort after a while. Nice to see your rx get up to those speeds must be a blast to ride.

Sounds like maybe you can upgrade the controller/throttle setup… idk I’m spitballing here from everything I’ve seen on UA-cam about aftermarket builds. Like I seen someone use a Phantom (maybe spelled fantom) controller out of Canada and it made the acceleration so much smoother and being able to hold a steady speed. In the end I’m guessing it’s about programming. It’s still new-ish tech in the USA (China is way ahead of us in terms of non custom builds) and the controller/battery compatibility ultimately determines how smooth the acceleration is… but I would maybe look for a better quality thumb throttle. You probably just don’t have the precision in that one. Again, take everything with a grain of salt I could be talking outta my a** but I really want the Super73 RX to be my first ebike because that frame is just screaming “customize me and fill me up with goodness!!!” Lol I’ll have to watch your original build video first. Definitely recommend the tires/brake upgrade first but… *That’s a SICK SCOOTER Bro-ham!!!* Jell-ish but I’m the good way… more admiration and I hope you make it everything you want it to be!
Hey man love the channel I have an S2 what I would think is happening with your headlight shutting off after about 10 minutes it's because there's no there's no information goinformation going that you're using it I think it has an auto shut off on the super 73 you might try looking into the super 73 app 73 app for the stock controller and see if you can shut off the auto shut off I could be wrong but that's what I would try

You gotta buy ODI Longneck Super Softs... Theyre hard to find right now, but I promise.... Boil a pot of water. float the grips in it for 4 minutes. They are SOOO squishy and soft, and the grip is like they STICK to your hands haha.

A higher profile tire will give you more top speed (providing you have the power to reach that speed). A lower profile tire will give you more acceleration but less top speed.

I would buy that from you… I have zero experience working on bike’s and all my tools are small precision electronics and some torque tools like fat wrench for mounting scopes on my hunting rifle’s. I’m looking for a commuter bike… I’d probably be riding it at 30mph and under though. I just want a smooth throttle so I can consistently keep speeds without dead zone’s if that makes sense. I’m a quick learner and I think if I can manage the throttle that’s my perfect setup. Especially if it had like normal and sport mode. Start in normal and shift to sport… almost like switching gears lol
People still need to use common sense if your gonna pull out in traffic. If you see a car speeding or people racing, you don’t just jump out in traffic. If your the one merging into traffic you need to do so safely.

AND NOT SPEEDING! You on the other hand were NOT using common sense. And you might have an "accident". You put yourself in that position. Don't blame other's and call them idiot's.
The twist throttle that comes with the kit is bulky and feels funny. Also makes your hand a lot more tired with the tension from the spring. Thumb throttle is also safe and it’s originally what the bike came with and feels more natural.

You need turning signals and new 4 piston break calipers to stop that beast.

203 or 220mm brake rotors, and 4-piston calipers like hope tech or magura mt5e (so you still have your brake sensors) or mt7.
If that display doesn't work out, you could try the Grin Tech cycle analyst v3.

you can adjust the throttle sensitivity in the sabvoton blue tooth app.

Smaller tire, more torque, taller tire, more speed, less torque for take off, but seems you have plenty of power for a taller tire.

My stock display doesn’t turn on any idea what it could be I also have the 72 v kit

I would buy that from you… I have zero experience working on bike’s and all my tools are small precision electronics and some torque tools like fat wrench for mounting scopes on my hunting rifle’s. I’m looking for a commuter bike… I’d probably be riding it at 30mph and under though. I just want a smooth throttle so I can consistently keep speeds without dead zone’s if that makes sense. I’m a quick learner and I think if I can manage the throttle that’s my perfect setup. Especially if it had like normal and sport mode. Start in normal and shift to sport… almost like switching gears lol

People still need to use common sense if your gonna pull out in traffic. If you see a car speeding or people racing, you don’t just jump out in traffic. If your the one merging into traffic you need to do so safely.

Why would u put a garbage thumb throttle I don’t get ppl bro . U need a full twist throttle
The twist throttle that comes with the kit is bulky and feels funny. Also makes your hand a lot more tired with the tension from the spring. Thumb throttle is also safe and it’s originally what the bike came with and feels more natural.
