Great vid!. Btw The way to use the bluetooth app, you first need to disconnect the communication wire on the controller. I think its a 3pin/wire, then you turn on the bike and app to change any settings. after you save your settings, reconnect the wire and use normally. Unfortunately this seems to be the only way to do it. You can turn on regen and the ebrake this way, I personally left the regen off cause it slows down your rolling speed but the ebrake is cool, when you hit your brake it activates. Enjoying tons out of my s2 build as well! The torque is awesome. I still have to mess with the settings as well, gotta do some research.

I got an email from super 73 today, the current price for a RX is $4,000. add tax around $4300. holy bankruptcy.
I love the upgrades you did to the Super 73RX but you're far from finished. You'll have to upgrade now to dual or quad pistons 203mm Magura Disk brakes front/rear because of the extra speed/weight, also a pair of Vee-Tire Speedster 20x4 inches is a great tire for moped speed and you set.
You're absolutely right. Upgrading the brakes is a absolute must. Also, I would never trust the cheap tires. Upgrading the tires is also a must. At speeds like that, failure of the brakes or a tire blowout is inevitable. He doesn't have any mirrors either. I would highly recommend mirrors.

I love my bike however I don't have the streets you have at where you at cause there's a stop light on every damn block.

On my mountain bike i added an additional brake cutoff cable for hydraulic brakes to my rear brake lever so i can activate my rear brake light while keeping the brake cutoff active.
I have an NBPower system albeit with an SW900 display. I get Error02 when the magnets on my brake lever misaligns, could be the same for you as the light/error happened as you were braking. My brake sensor is a separate unit from my brakes. Little adjustment on the magnet and its ok.
I have a SW900 controller on my kit bike I've put silicone sealant around the glass as it isnt waterproof and that cured it! They are Brilliant apart from that!
Regarding the lights and the stock battery, there's a couple of possible ways around it, either get a dc to dc step down convertor to use your new battery or check the voltage rating on the lights, there's a small chance that they are rated for higher than 48v, well 52v hot of the charger

i think you can flip the 73 screen.. think its like pressing both buttons at same time.. and to take off the thumb throttle, there is hex screw on bottom

I limited the speed on mine to 40 until i get better tires. My bike will get close to 50 but i dont trust those original tires. Im gonna get some shinkos
did you replace the brakes at all? are you still on single-piston brakes? also, at 10:31 there's no way you're below 1kw at 48mph. just to maintain that speed should be around 3kw. if you were really only pulling 900 watts, it would take you literally 30 seconds to get up to that speed.
really cant wait till I get something like this only due to UK laws I need some kind of sleeper that can do maybe 30mph but can be switched to run slower if you get pulled over and checked. already half way through saving looking to spend around 1000 bucks but really just dunno what to get, I've seen some decent alibaba listing obviously nowhere near as good looking as this more super 73 clone style but more on the cheaper look. really not sure what to do all I know is I want that oldskool look but with a 1000 bucks max buget.

The stock battery in this setup is used for all the stock factory lights. If you do the motor/battery/controller upgrade and want lights you will need to wire the factory lights for your new controller on 72v.

You can flip the direction on the screen in the menu. Hold the O button and press it to scan through the settings.

My sur ron has 18 modes. If u switch it before any law enforcement got it. They would never no how to control it.
