Julie, your charm or pendant is called La Presentosa. A traditional Abruzzo pendant in gold filigree, one heart means you are single and two hearts means you are spoken for. Loving your videos they are extremely informative and I especially love how you don’t shy away from speaking Italian!
Julie, I love these videos of your Italian house so much. I am glad you’ve moved on from the London Housewives show. This series suits you so much more. You’re doing a fantastic job, you look happy and joyous. I love following you here. Well done!
This made me look this up and while Julie was my first yoga instructor hecka years ago I never knew she did a fake housewives show. Yikes! Yeah the elegant self confident and kind Julie is so much better even if I remember her as being blonde and boisterous.
Julie you are the American Princess story come true! ❤ you wear your Vicountess tittle so well! Thank you for representing both your Native Country and your new home land England.
Your have a very bubbly personality. You became a Viscountess but still very down to earth. I like to see all your videos ❤ Greetings from South America.
Thank you for bringing us along to such a beautiful place to purchase your dinnerware set. You made the best selection! You both know how to dine well but so down to earth. Enjoy!
Love the simple design you chose for the plates/bowls. They won’t distract from the food presented on them. What a beautiful village and love the history behind your oil and vinegar containers 😍😘
Thank you for more beautiful scenery and adventure. I was lost in Rome 35 years ago. My first traffic circles...round and round the colosseum & round again. I finally picked a road and took off on the wrong side of the street.
First thing that struck me was how personal patience and willingness to please you and give you exactly what you wanted such devotion in his service and art of beautiful China Bravo 👏 ❤ love them Julie. Beautiful country 💞💞💞
I thoroughly enjoyed this. I am so grateful for your videos. I watch them on the weekends when I get up from bed. A very special shout out to the cat! 😹💯❤🇺🇸
Some day! My Italian grandfather came from Italy during World War II. He was such an amazing Italian grandfather. I can’t wait to visit our home country! I definitely identify as Italian ! 😆🥰I love everything about Italy. Good for you buying a little home there!!
I love all your videos of your Tuscan home but so glad that you took this side trip to Abruzzo! (My neck of the woods, so to speak!) My Dad was born and raised there and my Mom’s parents were from there as well. I loved that villa that you stayed and had dinner at. That charm that they gave you is called “La Presendosa”. All the women in my family have one. They are made only in Abruzzo, or at least they were at one time. You were so fortunate to get one as they are quite beautiful and unique. So happy that you found some beautiful plates and other “ceramiche”. Can wait to see them in your adorable, little Tuscan house. Ciao for now. 😉
I miss Italy! Not so much the big cities but the small villages. The mountains, hills, chestnut trees, fig trees, the streams n rivers. The food, the roasted rabbit dinners, focaccia bread, cut in half, sprinkled with fresh olive oil!
These videos are a joy to watch and remember my time in Italy. I do hope that when talking about your house there, you would start saying “ our house” to include Luke, your videographer🥰
I loved the hat it really suits you. This was a delightful episode Julie, one where you were relaxed, enjoying a special time with Luke in the sunshine of Italy away from the stresses and pulls of Mapperton. The Villa looked fabulous, so clean, comfortable, tasteful and quiet. I really enjoyed my vicarious shopping expedition into the marvellously entrancing shops with their absolutely gorgeous designs on the plates and bowls and other pottery items. I am so pleased that you will have similar episodes to come. Since I will never be able to travel to Italy, I can enjoy the travel through your eyes and Luke's filming. Thank you both.🌹
Julie and Luke I recently became a patreon a couple of weeks ago when are you actually live on tv? I have been trying to catch your live feeds. I love watching you both it makes my day a bit brighter.
This was wonderful Julie..loved the handmade pottery, being able to meet the potter and choose your pattern and colours makes it so special...beautiful memories. ❤
This was an absolutely brilliant video and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s always good to see you and Luke together on your adventures. Italy looks beautiful and you definitely got some gorgeous and painted dinnerware for your new kitchen! Keep up the good work you guys 🙌
Your Abruzzo sightseeing was very nice and interesting for me. After your visit I will plan a visit there, too. Thanks Julie for the elegant way that's your own nature.❤
Hello Julie. It’s never easy choosing plates and those small items, there’s just so many to choose from and they have to be just perfect. I think having little pops of orange and yellow would complement your blue/green kitchen beautifully. Wow that gentleman is amazing! Good old fashioned trust and service. Thank you for sharing your video. Decafe all the way Julie! Hope you have a wonderful week. ❤Zeljka
Julie, what a nice lovely video, I love this channel, you showing so much of Italy I love it. Can’t wait for your next one on the kitchen update. Thank you! Petra New York 😀🌹🌞
Beautiful ceramics! We went to Puglia last year for 3 months and loved the ceramic area of Grottaglie...it was hard not to buy too much, so l know how difficult it is to chose!
Love the dishes you have chosen. The colors are beautiful! Cannot wait to see the I. The Tuscany house. Nice to see you and Luke get away for a vacation. Love, love the charm! ❤
My father’s side of the family came from Abruzzo, Sulmona Aquila. He went to the university there during war and post WWII. That is the same area where Madonna’s family came from. The area was quite financially depressed through the 1980s. Their financial wellbeing is due in great part to the many young men like my father who left Italy to work in America and Australia who would faithfully send money to their families who then invested in their communities. The Italians in this region are more reserved than the areas of Rome and further south.
Oh Julie, I’m completely in awe .. this video is fantastic !! I love everything in those ceramic shops, and your choices are great. The villa where you stayed is so beautiful. Not to mention the fact that you were given that gorgeous charm! To be honest, I just want to catch the next plane out of here to go and explore that little town myself. Thank you so much for taking us along ❤
Love following your journey, I feel like I'm beside you shopping. Thanks to both you and Luke for this video. I expect to love every single one you put out. Such a beautiful little town.
Wonderful video. My husband's grandparents were from Abruzzo. Such a beautiful place. I love Italy. Your voice and presentation always relax me, pull up a chair and a glass of wine! 😎

Julie, your charm or pendant is called La Presentosa. A traditional Abruzzo pendant in gold filigree, one heart means you are single and two hearts means you are spoken for. Loving your videos they are extremely informative and I especially love how you don’t shy away from speaking Italian!

Damned by feight praise my mother would call that. How to wrap up a snide remark in 🌷 😂

You and Luke have a fantastic time beautiful charm and the history behind it is amazing and warming such class the Italian people have. ❤
Everywhere you turn in Italy there's something amazing to look at! We just don't have that kind of history in Australia
Well that's because the white people deported there swept away all the Aboriginal history of the country!
Lovely video. What a wonderful place. Fantastic Ceremic, s.
I miss Italy! Not so much the big cities but the small villages. The mountains, hills, chestnut trees, fig trees, the streams n rivers. The food, the roasted rabbit dinners, focaccia bread, cut in half, sprinkled with fresh olive oil!
And then come back!👍😉🇮🇹
I also prefer the rural areas.
Yes! Italian country life is still real life, life that makes you feel alive, like you are actually LIVING
These videos are a joy to watch and remember my time in Italy. I do hope that when talking about your house there, you would start saying “ our house” to include Luke, your videographer🥰
I liked the videography very much, and the background music. Great area for contrasts: open vistas vs the tiny shops.
She calls it her house because she bought it with her own money!
I believe it is actually Julie's house. She bought it during the pandemic herself 😊
When you’re married everything is “ours” 😊
Yes it is very beautiful
The scenery is gorgeous!!
I feel like I just went on holiday! Thank you Julie
Love those rooster plates so much! I paint chickens on canvas from photos I've taken of friend's chickens. You and Luke are so normal!

I love Italy so much and your channel makes me so happy! Thank you Julie! Love your new ceramic dishes too
Always order at least service for 12! 20 if possible for something you really love... allows for breakage etc
Happy you are in warm weather. Oh those views are wonderful. I would indeed feel like a child in a candy store in the porcelain shoppes.
Absolutely lovely video. Love everything about it.
Thank you so much!
Julie and Luke I recently became a patreon a couple of weeks ago when are you actually live on tv? I have been trying to catch your live feeds. I love watching you both it makes my day a bit brighter.

Really love these videos! The plates, etc are gorgeous! I would have had tremendous difficulty choosing!
Thank you so much!
I would stick on eyelashes over those two circles on the coffee maker just before I left to give Housekeeping a giggle!
The trinket boxes were gorgeous
Why is this episode called "Saying Goodbye..."? It appears to be more of an episode on purchasing items for the kitchen.
Julie, mom is from Abruzzo. Love the views !!!!❤🥰 Italy is beautiful!!!!
I thought you seemed calmer! Congrats on no caffeine. Not an easy thing to do. Pat yourself on the shoulder.
This was wonderful Julie..loved the handmade pottery, being able to meet the potter and choose your pattern and colours makes it so special...beautiful memories. ❤
