Thank you for this video, I am researching to bring this competition to my town for a whole event. Running through the work outs of the event was helpful gives me an idea on how to sell this properly top the gym and why. I am hoping for people who do not want to go to an actual spartan race can do this and be a superstar athlete right inside our home town, create that gym yo gym competition! Just subbed thank you!
My wife and I did a shortened deka fit last weekend. About 5 weeks ago, I had the pleasure of experiencing a calf strain somewhere between grade 2 and 3, so no running for me yet, and a shorter box jump. That said, the rest was awesome. No lies, the assault bike and ski erg were the 2 worst 'in the moment' events.....definitely will keep that on the workout list, along with the Murph workout!! 👍
Just fyi, there's a lot of incorrect weights for women (not sure about men), per Dekafit website: for women --- med ball throw 14 lbs, farmers carry 40 lbs, dead ball wall overs 40 lbs, ram burpees 22lbs
