    GREAT confidence builder for my first Deka Mile tomorrow! First time on the ski-erg will be tomorrow have been simulating with straps. Good advice on not coming out hot! Thank you!

    Just completed deka strong in 27 mins , it was hard but now I know what I need to work on. lol leg days in my future😂

      @@JosiahFitness just the 10 zones, no running. Figure this would give me a base and then I can go up from there.

    They’ve changed the form rules, burpees need a lockout out now. Those would all be no reps.

    Great video! Appreciate the tips! Quick question, how does this sled compare to the ones used in Hyrox? Which is harder in your opinion?

      The tank is apparently harder to move the harder you push it compared to the constant resistance of the Hyrox sleds

      @@888gman888 same. Pretty uncommon to see gyms with the tanks in Aus, got my first Deka Mile in 6 weeks and worried about the tank as well
