I hope you figure it out. But if you have any questions just let me know. I have some experience with these quads. Your idle jet in the carb is clogged and that is why it won't idle. Your valves are out of spec and that's why it won't start right up. Both are easy fixes.
@d.l.horton2093 I'm already quite a ways ahead, the idle screw was non existent when I removed the carb. But now that I got it running good and idling good it went and decided to start having fuel problems.
@@JacobOfTheNorth Fuel filter. And if its falling on its face after idle the main jet could be clogged. I have seen that after bringing my quads back from the dead. If its not getting fuel just follow the line from the pet cock check for fuel pull the fuel line off the carb and check for fuel as it cranks. It seems like it has bad gas. That will clear up after a few tanks full. If it doesn't clog anything. I have a fuel right before the carb to catch anything before it gets in there. I don't know for sure. I look forward to your next video though.
@d.l.horton2093 This quad is kind of interesting, it's an older model so there isn't much about it online. I can't tell if it has a fuel pump or if it's some extremely weird looking fuel filter or something. So episode 3 will probably be replacing the fuel lines and figuring all that crap out.
@@JacobOfTheNorth The fuel pump has a line going in from the tank and one going out to the carb. The 3rd hose is a vacuum hose coming from the vacuum side of the carb. It can gravity feed I believe. But any vacuum fuel pump should work.
