    ○ Hold: Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
    ○ Exhale: Slowly exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds.
    This rhythmic breathing promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and increases oxygen flow, preparing you for the day ahead.
    2. Affirmations: Simultaneously, silently repeat the affirmations that you hear or if you prefer, your own affirmations that resonate with you.
    3. Practice Instructions: During each breathing cycle:
    ○ Listen to the affirmations.
    ○ Silently repeat them in your mind, syncing each affirmation with the hold phase of the 4 7 8 breathing technique.
