The rest is a running gag playing on the fact Caren/Karen from Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is Kotomine Kirei's daughter (hence she has the devilish side behind her nice face). The kid is Gilgamesh, and Bazett is Lancer's real Master in Stay Night (who Kirei "killed") and who shows up in Hollow Ataraxia too. Kid Gilgamesh is from Hollow Ataraxia too.

As for the Neco's...they are more or less original creations although 2 of them have been in Type-Moon works before. Those two being Neco-Arc (the one that looks like Arcueid) and Neco-Nero (the one that looks like Nrvnqsr Chaos and has Kirei's voice).
