First part was a satire of the Tsikihime prologue (when Aoko meets Shiki and gives him the Mystic Eye sealing glasses). The rest is a running gag playing on the fact Caren/Karen from Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is Kotomine Kirei's daughter (hence she has the devilish side behind her nice face). The kid is Gilgamesh, and Bazett is Lancer's real Master in Stay Night (who Kirei "killed") and who shows up in Hollow Ataraxia too. Kid Gilgamesh is from Hollow Ataraxia too.
Like for real, i cant believe our only animated Caren and Bazzet are in prisma Illya, and i actually like prisma illya. I also need all that screentime for Rider and casual Caster. maybe after HF we will have our wish granted...XD
Don't be sad, She gets brought back to life during the events after the war (Fate Ataraxia, which is in a way the only reason we know she exist's too as they never described her at all in anyway but just plain dead in Fate Stay Night, We even get the story of how Kotomine even got into a position to kill her and take her Seals in the first place, Only thing I'll say is she's a poor judge of character, She is a badass though being an Enforcer and all alongside being Lancer's Descendant)
There's like 5 seconds at the end from Tsukihime (or more to the point Melty Blood) where you see Rin, the cat girl, who's Shiki's "Familiar". As for the Neco's...they are more or less original creations although 2 of them have been in Type-Moon works before. Those two being Neco-Arc (the one that looks like Arcueid) and Neco-Nero (the one that looks like Nrvnqsr Chaos and has Kirei's voice).
