After many years in the industry, Carl Levien decided it was time to go out on his own. The day came, April 1, 1990, when Carl and Beth Levien officially opened Carl’s Mower & Saw. With a clear goal to provide a higher level of service to Whatcom County, they opened their doors and started building a loyal following of customers. They discovered customers were refreshed by the quality of service available to them. Over the past 30 years we have continued to refine our services and provide the top equipment in the industry.

Nice chainsaw, but the side-by-side really got my attention. Thanks for posting
The Gravely JSV is freakin sweet…
Still waiting for my 592xpg. I think all brands have the best chainsaw in a class. For instance I have a 2511 echo, 500i stihl 280cbqi and a msa220 along with two pole saws. Brand doesn't matter as much as best in class and dealer network.
280cbq? So quick chain adjust and easy start if I remember right but a 280? Haven’t come across one.
@@benfairhall5331 also with auto break when release handle and itronic first version of mtronic
Sold one last Friday and got the pleasure of doing PD and first start up very impressive saw. I found the saw to be quite balanced with the 24 inch light bar. Also noticed it to be quite torquey off the bottom as well yet to do any cuts. So hang on do you guys run huskys in .063? In Australia husky is all .058.
We have the option of 50, 58 or 60.
We stay away from the 58 and generally encourage our customers to run 50 just because of the availability of that chain size although we stopped at the full array of 63 if needed
@@Carlsmower yeah ok in Australia we get only the 058 options with the husqvarnas and stihl usually 063 or 050 or 043.
Ya they look good but what about the nylon bearings the fail are they like the 562 XP G don’t even last 4 mouths
Hopefully not I know there was some problems with the 562 but Husqvarna should have learned from that mistake
We may switch to Husqvarna the carburetor problems with Stihl l bought a new br600 it's been in the shop longer than I have used it brand new lots of blower problems lots everyone l bought had carburetor problems 3 or 4 blowers do you have this problem Josh ? Take care my friend 👍
It’s tough to beat the BR600, watch your fuel man, it will kick your butt….
@@Carlsmower we use ethanol free and Stihl ultra oil😁
@@harryerhart5978 i’m sure you do there’s just something odd going on
@@harryerhart5978 ultra or ultra hp?
It runs a much bigger bar than a 36 lol ran a 42,and a 52 for a 7.6hp it zips with the longbars
42 will run nice. We have those in stock to put on them.
Stihl is better
