I have had a 395xp for 2 yrs now , it is the fast cutting saw I have ever used , & I have been using saws for 35 yrs now , brilliant saw tested and proven ..
The Husky 395xp for the win. The 395xp doesn't have a computer, a USB port, and doesn't need a laptop computer to diagnose any problems. The 395 is a simple, bulletproof saw that will last and last and that anyone can rebuild the entire saw with just a couple of wrenches.
Correct. The operator held back both saws because his technique of keeping either saw under load was poor. He should have kept the bar horizontal right through the cut applying enough pressure for optimal speed. I bet I could drop cut times down by 2+ seconds easily.
I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.
You can't use any of that as a fair comparison. Rocking back and forth is taking chain out of the cut. Do it again and just cut straight through. No rocking on the dogs.
592 is rated at 7.6 hp @7,800 rpm. 395 is rated at 6.6 hp @ 6,000 rpm. One thing to note is that the stock clutch on a 592 is tuned to engage higher in the torque band 4,300 rpm for the 592 and 3,400 rpm for the 395. If you were to swap the clutch on a 395 you would not notice any difference between the 2 saws while cutting. This is why, 395 Max Torque is 5.9 Nm and 592 Max Torque is 5.87 Nm.
I think where you will see the big difference is the time adjusting the chain on the 592 and less time tuning. That being said though professionals can generally do both of those well enough it would prove negligible

How did the 592 lose 1 full second? Seems like to me you all are trying to put the edge to the new equipment. Clearly the 395 took the straight cut and the dog cut.
The 592 is nice but you want the good Ole 395xp especially if it's a little older and made in Sweden and not made in Mexico like they made them before they got discontinued
Bottom line... 90c class saws are animals. All of them. 26" ash log and these saws act like it's limb wood to the typical firewood saw. They aren't fun to run all day, but boy are they fun to run for short spells! I challenge anyone to not smile while running one of these in big wood for short spells. Got a 394xp myself. My buddy has a 661. Self feeding, the 592 revs higher. But Husqvarna themselves rates both saws at having the same amount of torque. I can't help but feel like the 592s constant rev limiter bashing when not loaded heavy will effect longevity. Time will tell.
Give me 395 all day long .had a 565 did not last a year .saw laid in saw shop for 3 months waiting on husqvarna to decide to fix under warranty. God bless they did. He said the 395 would bog if leaning more on it, and the 592 wasn’t self feeding enough, time could have been faster
I noticed that too
395xp is so lovely but the 592xp is realy hot
Fantastic video guys!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🍻🍻
Cheers Ovidiu 👍🏼
Husqvarna 2100 CD is the best Saw
That’s a blast from the past, nearly vintage 👍🏼
My 394XP Will put both those saws to shame . I have 3 of them and everyone of them is a freak ,my 395 can’t hold a candle to my 394s
Compare them with japanese chainsaws later???
Which saw would you like to see them compared to?
@@MachineryNation echo cs680s should be on the checklist...thanks in advance
Not enough difference to matter' both great saws//
The 592 is nice but you want the good Ole 395xp especially if it's a little older and made in Sweden and not made in Mexico like they made them before they got discontinued
👍👍👍
395 xp é fera demais
Ok .bạn diển tả hay đấy
Whats up with the ghosty frames in this video
Ooo at what time? Haven’t seen them myself.
@@MachineryNation from the beginning. But i guess that's your guys' style
@@arypma oh you mean when he cuts out the umm’s and but’s from our speech haha
@@MachineryNation no its like i ate shrooms, the movements in the video is trippy like slowmotion arm waves
@@arypma you ether had shrooms or your reception is bad hahaha
390xp modified 👍
395xp for me wouldn't even consider the other saw
395 XP VS 592XP
94.062 CC vs 93 cc
6.6 Bhp vs 7.6 Bhp
Old one is not gold.
592xp win❤
Necesito saber el precio de la motosierra husqvarna 585
395xp still the bos
Anyone who has used a saw as much as I knows that 2 new chains are never equal. We also need someone who knows how to handle a saw...
Good to meet you friends
In the USA the Emrald Ash Boer is killing all of the Ash Trees .,.

husgvarna
Awesomeness
Exactly 🤩
Price husqvarna 395 XP?
We don’t have a price as they are no longer available in the UK 🤦🏻♂️
You can get them for 1400 in the us
THE 395 HAS MAHLE CYLINDER
THE 592 HAS A CHEAPER ONE MAKE BY HUSQVARNA IN CHINA LIKE THEIR 372 XTORQ, 560 ,562,572
At 1.3 kg lighter I know which one id take its a no brainer
I will stick with my 395, I dont want the new tech or the thinner parts
Were it made
Give me 395 all day long .had a 565 did not last a year .saw laid in saw shop for 3 months waiting on husqvarna to decide to fix under warranty. God bless they did. Saw needed ignition module and carb. Sold the saw. I will stick to my old reliable 268 xp .am so glad for vintage saws .Will a 592 become a vintage saw .no .unless u leave it in the box 📦 😏
Very good
Thank you Yansen 👍🏼
