Hey guys, i've put together some close up shots on some of the heavy's that operates daily here on Arlanda.

Also, note the messed up livery on the thomas cook A330, The orange parts on the fuselage from the old "my travel" and tail in the new Thomas Cook colours. And if you look carefully, you also see the remaining of Garuda Indonesia titles!
And im sorry for the bad footage on the BA 767, it was so freaking loud so i had to save my ears!

Yeah the 747 is such a beauty queen! Too bad thai nowadays send the 777-300ER på Arlanda instead..
Mäktigt att se den lilla Jetstreamen 32:an framför B747an, stjärtfenan ser större ut än hela J32an :P

Anyone know why the Thai Airways I boarded didn't stop at the runway before taking off but immediately applied thrust after aligning with the runway for takeoff?

Yep, before takeoff pilots need to spool up the engines to verify they are applying the same thrust and pressure is normal for all of them. Then they can set the engines to full takeoff power. When an aircraft is going heavy and they have departure clearance granted they usually begin to throttle up even before aligning completely with the runway, they can apply full power one second after alignment.
@Nikedude109 Garuda Indonesia leased several planes not only from thomas cook but also from other airlines to cover their once a year Hajj operations.

What camera did you use?
I really really like the boeing 767-300 and 400er, very under appreciated aircraft. It is quite the quiet workhorse for a lot if airliners, sad that American is replacing their's with the A-321 for its coast to coast flights ( New York to LA or San Fran and San Jose). I don't dislike the A-321 as it is a nice looking jetliner as well, but the 767 has such muscle!!

Varför var det en BA Boeing 767 på Arlanda? Jag har bara sett att dem flyger med Airbus a320/321 till Arlanda.

Fram tills 03:37 så står jag vid banänden 01L uppe på en kulle, och sedan står jag bara vid spotter paviljongen :)

Cold Play - Speed of sound
What kind of plane is in the background of the British Airways 767? That is an old SAS aircraft.

De flyger med 767 en avgång varje dag (två avgångar vissa dagar) till mesta dels p.g.a. att de flyger mycket frakt, men såklart även för att de är hög efterfrågan på säten :)

The radio sounds, are that the communication between the radio tower and the aircraft? If so, how is that allowed and how are you able to do that?
Hasmey If you have own removable radio, (like in small airplanes, for example ultralights) you can listen the conversations between atc and pilots, but you need a special license for TALKING TO THE RADIO, what every pilot has.
Well, that depends upon the country as well as whether they are traveling outside of their country's borders. Most countries globally do not require a Radio License if you are only doing domestic flights, but do require it if you will be operating internationally (of which it's just filing in a form and paying a small fee ($12 in the US for example) for said license which is valid for life).
You can also pull audio from sites such as liveatc dot net.
