      hes a kid. think about what you were dong then, and if you don't have much.. you were a nerd/unpopular. Im sure he's messed up in a bunch of ways.. but wouldn't a good 20 WHOLE YEARS not be enough? Go into a cell for just 24 hours.. only 1 single day.. without interaction.. .you'll see it differently. Its horrendous and justice is deserved, but what is it fixing by throwing another possible future away, and those around him? Two wrongs don't equal a right. Put him behind bars and keep reassesing the situation, take it from there. Just lock it up and throw away the key sounds like pure laziness to me, and people not caring about others but themselves. simple as this, he stabbed the girl 114 times, that entails he was seriously getting a serious thrilling high out of the act, therefore ruling should be life in prison no chance of parole or the chair/needle, because he is a serious threat to society with no real chance of successful rehabilitation, 114 times, that I expect is a major ingredient to a life of sociopathic tendencies. No, that's how street justice may work but not civil society.
      Mentalities like this are why lynch mobs and similar vigilante actions are a thing.
      Putting him in a non-isolated but segregated unit away from the general population, with 30 min of rec time a day, and letting his life run out that way is adequate. Once his parents die he will be a nameless, friendless thing in a cell the size of a parking space, identified only by a number until the day he doesn't wake up again.

He has openly talked about and downloaded other gruesome murders. It’s a thrill to him similar to other mass murderers such as Dahmer, they enjoy every aspect of the act. • @arissarox
    @arissarox Рік тому +13

    What many people don't seem to get about psychopaths (not sociopaths) is that they are quite good at pretending. They know how to mimic the right behaviour in order to remain hidden. I imagine as Fucci got older, he would learn to not reveal himself to his friends as much. It's quite possible that his family never noticed dark behaviour bc he didn't display it. Which also adds to the terrifying nature of his crime and possibility for more of the same. It's hard to imagine his family not seeing something, but when he knows how to pretend and it's someone you love, it's quite easy to miss any little nuances that might have cracked through.
    The prosecutor here is very good at explaining each point clearly, with a balance of professionalism and empathy that is appropriate for the situation. The idea of locking up a 14 year old for life should upset us, because as she stated, it's a unique situation and thankfully the reason to do it is fairly rare. That doesn't mean it shouldn't happen. I'm not a psychologist, but I don't see how he changes. In fact, his behaviour and response after the fact is downright chilling. Locking him up, catching him at this age, we very well may have stopped a serial killer. No hyperbole.

    My tipping point on a life sentence, is the fact he spoke, fantasized & carried out a sick murder. This is totally different from a juvenile killing because of gang affiliation or robbery, his intent was to kill, no other reason. He’s a very violent young man who loves the thought, the planning, then the actual act of murder. This to me is not a basis for rehabilitation, he’s in the same classification as a Dahmer, just younger

    This boy is demonic taken over by the devil😢I have a hard time believing his parents did not see this. My boy in his teen years went through alot of bad behavior but I always able to connect to his inner self. Long story short, my son made it through and I always did the right thing. When he was wrong I made him face the facts and in the end my son is a wonderful person, father, and husband. You can not ignore bad behavior and hope it goes away😢. I sacrificed my relationship every time he had to answer for his wrongs, but I did it because in the end, he would live happily one day. So my son never committed this horrific act. I was what he called strict, amd literally wanted to be imancipated. but I felt like I had no choice. Prayers to all the families going through bad situations. We are so happy now. Depending on the diagnosis a lot of the possibilities would have helped him in proving this crime was a moment in time that will not reoccure and he has a chance of rehabilitation and maturing. That is except for one diagnosis of anti social personality disorder. A big factor of rehabilitation is remorse this personality disorder type is just not capable of and nothing an adult brain could grow out of. The prosecutions doctor hinted at something like that in saying he lacks empathy.
