Hit the ground hard with her strides, matched her strides to about her legs length (important) head up for increased breathing, stiffened torso, loose arms not but not too loose and followed the 75-90° running rule. That's insane to get it all right but shows what greatness can be achieved. Props to you girl

    • @anthonycorbin3817
      @anthonycorbin3817 Рік тому +24

      @karugiuliano1783 a lot of running pertains to breathing and stride. There's a running exercise called 90° where your leg that you've pushed off of is at a 90° angle before you start your next stride. Also, if you look up the amount of force that's exerted when a runner gets going its comparable to 5x their weight. Loose arms is great so you're not straining yourself and wasting energy trying to keep them stiff. As for her back being stiffened and head up it increases breathing which is very important. Losing focus of your breathing for even a second can hurt your lungs. Not fatally or anything like that but it hurts.

Cheetahs are the fastest land animals, capable of reaching speeds of up to 60 to 70 miles per hour. Humans, although capable of running at high speeds, simply cannot match the remarkable swiftness and agility of a cheetah. Comparing a human to a cheetah in terms of speed is like comparing a tortoise to a high-speed sports car-it’s astonishing that anyone would even entertain such a comparison.
