Growing up as a Kid in Atlanta, bobby was what a skipper was to me. The way he was with the players, the way you could depend on him to step out of the dugout and get tossed for his players, and the way the team played with pride. He’s getting up there with his age, and it’s really beginning to look like his journey will soon continue in a different world. Ill miss him certainly, but I can say that I never took him for granted. Snit is not just a spiritual successor to Bobby, but he is an Acolyte of the Cox way. Its a comforting feeling
BC is a legend. Built the greatest starting rotation ever. I was in Atlanta for the worst to first season. Magical. The staff dominated in the Steroid Era. Like Pedro did. Or any pitchers inducted from that era. Billy Wagner. If this video was about video aspect ratio perhaps I've missed the point. I said GN
My favorite hypothetical is what if the Braves had drafted Frank Thomas instead of Tyler Houston in 1989. They likely wouldn’t have had Bream, McGriff or Galarraga, but oh man having him and Chipper all those years would have been killer
The older uniforms designs are so much better than the past 20 years but the way they fit has definitely improved. FUN FACT: early uniforms use to be wool😂 have fun wearing that in the summer.

He was one of the best I've ever seen at Bullpen management. Likeable, fiery guy, who also had a great sense when to use bench players.

Honestly I think this is my favorite baseball channel just wish there was more videos
I love me some Cox!!

Roberto Cox 😂
His only flaw was he didn’t change his managing style in October. He was quite possibly the best regular season manager in history.
I had the honor of umpiring Chipper Jones games when he was in HS.....

Just imagine if the trade for Bobby Bonds had gone through and Atlanta had him instead of the Giants
Slow down man, thought my speed was set to 1.5x.
Mine is my heart is still beating fast
It’s because it basically is, 0.9X speed fixes it
😂
Terrible AI narration ruined an otherwise nice project
@@bakerfsu I wish it was AI
I’ve always tried getting people to understand that Cox built the Braves of the 90’s. John Schuerholz gets credit but rarely did any good as GM.
I wish you had kept the 4:3 aspect ratio.
But beautiful stuff and great effort.
His biggest screw up as GM. Not drafting Frank Thomas!
Video sucked
Explain your reasoning.
