Probably just me but this bone marrow 'addition' puts me off
Same here .back in the 60s our dog Loved bone marrow..not for me
Butter of the gods. There’s a reason dogs love it, because it’s good for them! My dog gets bone marrow regularly added to his diet. I regularly make bone broth using marrow and connective tissues. Bone marrow injected into steaks just takes them up a level. Those burgers have 10% unneeded ingredients that aren’t so good for us though!

The whole concept of a smash burger is that it’s smashed onto a griddle (from being a ball of meat) at high heat, creating a crust on the meat and ultimately sealing in the rendered fat, making a burger that is both crispy and juicy at the same time. How the hell can this be achieved in a performed patty?? 😂 - it’s a marketing gimmick.

Great review, Deano! Now that's what you call a proper burger! When I have a burger, I just have it with a bun and a blop of tomato sauce. So your video has definitely inspired me to pimp out my burger bun!
I've also got a food recommendation for you. It's ASDA's Main For Two Chicken Madras. It costs £4 and it tastes great. Although it does cause a ring of fire afterwards, but that's part of the fun.

I love cheap burgers, I was addicted for a while to the Westlers burgers from a van.
They did seem to shrink quite a bit but you built it like a boss and they looked snug in those buns! 👍💪

I bought those burgers yesterday ive froze them in singles ive had the frozen aldi burgers they tasted of nothing so im hoping the smash burgers taste of beef i love aldi products if aby one offered me a case of heinz beans and sausage or a case of aldi ones id pick the aldi ones everytime and i love the cheapest baked beans love fran xxxx❤

Had these the other day hands down worst burger I’ve had for years was only £2 for the four though. But blimy the water or fat that came out them was mad no taste there crap. Aldi do have some lovely ones from time to time though but always the good ones seem to come in a pack of two.
It’s a shame they add the unneeded extras. Bone marrow is amazing but would have been better had they used the pure bone marrow injected to them. They looked decent enough though 😊

Had these few days ago £1.99 offer. Did frying instructions and the amount of fat that came out is disgusting and the taste is nothing special. Had cheap frozen burgers better than them never again. Look good but taste awful.

I tried these and never liked them, done them in the air fryer right enough never fried them and for some reason they smoked out the kitchen with a horrible smelling oily mist, nothing special in the taste department either.
Not being funny but shouldn't Deano have tried just the burger on it's own to describe the flavour and texture of the actual meat. It seems lost amongst all the accoutrements ? 🤔

Bone marrow is classed as the butter of the gods. Nutrient dense. But can buy the bone and split it to scoop the marrow out

I sae these in Aldi they were priced at £2.49. I decided not to buy them as you could get 4 Quarter pounders for £2.99.
I really enjoyed the burgers I bought. The idea of having a double patty burger is not my ideal. It makes them difficult to eat. One patty in a burger is my rule. On the construction of your burger you used plastic cheese, which to me is an abomination. Get yourself a cheese plabe and get some REAL cheese in your stack. It tastes so much better.. I am not a fan of Brioche buns. The are vastly over rated. You are better off with a plain floury roll, no need for a seeded bun even. It' all just hype.
So seeing how mcuh fat same out of them, I will take a pass on these. And yes the burgers I bought were from Aldi.
