What should I write in work experience if I haven’t done anything like internship or job ?

Provide examples from your experiences, even if they're outside of a traditional work setting. You will have built lots of skills along the way - for example, are you a member of any clubs or teams where you may have built skills such as problem-solving, teamwork and resilience? Perhaps you have experience around the house cooking, cleaning or budgeting? Perhaps you've worked on personal projects, such as creating a website, editing videos, or writing a blog? You should showcase all of these.

Some days back a senior person told me in response to my question that its possible to get a job of required 1 year experience as fresher by making right resume so could you elaborate on how to make it effectively as there's a big competition in field of Aec construction industry as engineers for freshers so how to tackle the problem as i do have the essential skills and internship experience..
