- How do you write a CV for students with no experience? In this video, I give you exact steps to creating a student CV or a CV with no work experience!
You can create a strong CV for students with no experience, just follow my advice and it will increase your chances of attracting employers/recruiters attention. Resume with no experience can be amazing, no matter your personal background.

I have some questions:
1. I’ve been rejected from about 50 interviews. (In the last one they found the excuse that I could have given more examples. There must have been 20 to 30 perfectly given interviews with no feedback at all. The feedback I got from a lot of them is that they went for another candidate).
2. Before the pandemic it only took around 4 interviews to secure a new role
3. I went to a top business school and have half a decade of experience working for blue chip companies
4. *I’ve been given the advice by some corporate operatives that I could still somehow secure a role at a top company even if I’ve been unemployed for half a dozen years*
*Is it discrimination? Is it bias because there is money involved? I would just like to know what is going on as I’m being forced to retire early abroad/take a career break in the summer*..

Very useful video! For fresh graduates, would just add that if you don't have work experience, focus on your skillset, degree, language skills, relevant coursework and anything else you developed while at university. Basically, focus on all the things that you already have. Good employers just want to see that you have the attitude and foundational skillset to develop your skills further at their company, not work experience. Thanks for the video!

My mother always tells me that I am a failure. My dad used to call me a cunt. My self-esteem is very low because of how I’ve been treated in my early childhood. After watching this video, I was able to get a decent job. Without this video would probably become a criminal.

My biggest frustration is the summary and education history. I’m a recent university drop out and in a limbo about future careers, but I have an interest in sectors that don’t coincide with my degree. How do I tailor my summary and also account for leaving university early?

In summary section you can put your achievements and skills, and change these depending on what sector you apply for. For different sectors, different skills are valuable. In education, you can just put the years you completed and relevant subjects studied. You can still sell your education if it is not completed :)

What I want to write in my profile section is: "I am a high school graduate with a vibrant and outgoing personality. I am ambitious and goal oriented, striving to achieve the goals set out before me on a daily basis. I am eager to pursue careers in which interaction with others is possible.
I love this profile. The only thing I would change is that to avoid using the word "goal" twice, I would replace the second one with "objectives"
