Hiw to write a resume without experience:
    1. Lie having experience
    2. Get a contact that can backup your lie
    3. Be friendly in the interview
    4. Work your butt off in the job to mask your inexperience

I have a step dad who is a very successful saleman. For decades he hasn’t searched for a single job, cos they find HIM.
Then the economy went into the garbage. Even with his pristine, high end resume, it took him ALMOST A YEAR to find another job, and he told me it was about who he knew, not what he knew.
So relax. It’s not your fault. The games been rigged from the start.

A family member has a work history that cannot be followed up on because every place he worked has closed. His old managers are either retired or have passed.
I think he could get away with putting almost anything on his resume that he feels he can do or learn.

As a recruiter, I would ask them how were they paid? Even a 10-99 can get a report from Social Security that will have a record of corresponding payments with dates of employment or a bank statement that will show a record of payments...

I ran into this issue when I was trying to get my first job in bookkeeping/accounting. Applied everywhere and kept being told they needed someone with experience. It's disheartening and difficult. But keep applying and someone will give you the opportunity. My first job was at a small credit union making LESS than I was at the bank as a part time teller. I took it for the experience and glad I did because shortly afterwards they gave me a raise and kept me through the 2008/09 recession. Network with your classmates and job. It's helped me get my last two jobs. Even a financial analyst job could work while you get ur foot in the door cause it's related to Financials. Good luck.

I just straight up lied to land my first job. I just read up on job requirements and learned the knowledge of what needs to be done. If i knew earlier, i would've done it years earlier. It took me a 2 years after my graduation that honesty will keep me unemployed. And companies love to waste candidate's time. And yeah i used a free template to land all my jobs.

Always come back, without a chance no experience can be gained, also a uni grad student wouldnt always have 2yrs experience. The ability to build rappor in the interview, being able to demonstrate negotiate quickly without emotion is the best approach to that scenario.

I was looking for an engineering role a couple of months back and it was extremely difficult. Then one of my close friends sent me a resume template that was based on Latex and easy for those scanning tools recruiters use and then it turns out I was getting more interviews. All those resume templates with cool and colourful graphics are honestly a waste of time and total trash; not only they are harder to scan and read they are also harder to write on. The saying "an idiot admires complexity and a genius admires simplicity" seems to work on resumes too in my experience. Cutting out the bloat from a resume makes it easier for us to show what relevant skills we have and for the recruiter to find them.

1 thing that I am tying is designing my own template, where I can customize it more easily for each application. I also designed it to have a summary on page 1 of 3, so that the recruiter can scan quickly and see a bolded word in each bullet point. On pages 2 & 3, I have a conventional 2 page resume.

I'm a college student wanting a first-time job, but I feel like only working for popular/known companies, even though it's harder to get accepted. When I think of fast food, I think of McDonald's, burger kinds, and Popeyes. When I think of warehouses, I think of UPS or FedEx. When I think of sales associates, I only think of Target, BJS, marshals, Old Navy, etc. This is happening because I think I will feel more "Safe" in a big/known company. I have done high school custodian and UPS bagger/packer summer internships from the NYC Summer Youth employment program, but I don't know if I can include that in my resume. Right now, I'm unsure what to do to overcome my bias for preferring big/known companies.

Could you do a video covering the topic of corporate policies on other employment or consulting gigs on the side and what is permissible/not permitted in relation to your primary jobs? I understand that they don't want you working for a direct competitor. But some of the policies read far broader reaching and aren't clear what the criteria are for decision making? Could you create a video giving your take and help bring greater clarity to the topic of these policies? What should we ask our companies in order to gain greater clarity?

I don’t lie. I put tasks that I have done and would actually be in the engineering field. However my documented and documented path has been being uprooted by the government not my own barriers. I do not have barriers per say. It is about getting the open door because I am very good with problem solving on my feet. Injured on active duty many years ago but have come out the other side. The system is not set up for people to come out the other side. So the issue is not about not being able to become qualified with a company learning curve, the issue lays with stereotyping.

This actually happens a lot more often than people think
Everyone that dies at home after long illness surrounded by family did not always pass naturally
Happens often just not in a actual hospital
Most seniors and people who are disabled rely on Medicare and that program is very expensive with high costs

Stop using online systems....It's the best way to work. Show up in person to stand out. It doesn't matter how good your resume is at all. Many of these companies aren't even wanting good experienced people. They want workers who will shut their mouths and do as there told.
