    This move was used in 1984 Olympics by Mark Schultz. He broke the guys elbow with it. Setup slightly different where Mark grabs the double wrist lock as a counter to a single leg attack. Look up the video here, it's painful to watch but you should see it!

      The key difference other than the set up was Mark cranked the arm upwards as he was taking the guy down. Here, you're holding onto the wrist and while taking the guy down without yanking the entire arm upwards. Mark's entire weight plus the guys weight fell on top of the elbow in 1984, shattering the elbow.

    the punches that attack the ribs work only when your not bending down. when your standing higher it cant defend your ribs, but when your down to 1.2 metres bending your knees, it blocks ALL

    @TheObelix876 the reason why all those bigger or JUST AS strong guys like fedor vs ufc fighters can grapple and win is because they have fought no one who can punch so hard in terms of mike tyson (not fight a boxer because boxers arent experienced to get out of grapples),AND MAINLY KNOW THE TRAINING OF THE BEND LOCK, WHICH CANT FAIL AGAINST LIKE ANY GRAPPLE. except choke ones. there are also tuck ins and ways to get out of chokes just as easily,which all those boxers fedor has beat havent used

    100 punches can break bones, even without a good turn or punch. and if hes strong enough he can lift you off the ground and slam you. if your grabbing a hard puncher, it doesnt matter what hold you put him in he can murder you, DUE to TWO THINGS. BACK BREAK SLAM OR 1000psi head boxing punches

    ive mastered every attack. they grab your arms with a leg lock, you slam their back to death. if they grab your arms with legs, they cant stop your bottom legs so you slam their spinal chord the instant they try to eye gouge. If they grab your leg with their legs then rib or head punch them. if your a boxer which is the best sport, their dead. And i dont mean boxing with the stupid rules and the gloves and the normal boxing guard, theres a special headguard ive developed that kills the boxing

  • @XomegaZ

    @TheObelix876 and cant be hit on groins, head sides, ribs, specific parts where i target, when i punch. its a finihs fight. u can hit anywhere. and guess what. if you punch without gloves they cant grapple you because one punch and their head is dead. my headguard arm block stops all head hits and they havent seen it. its the future of all fighting. its the best defense block in the universe.

    These would do absolutely nothing because if the person is an experienced boxer say for example or fighter that is tough and trained, They fight while if they are ver grabbed they punch the fuck out of you till you die on headshots mainly, BUT MAINLY they bend their arms so that its locked(not locking the joints to hurt yourself no) I mean they bend their arms so you can NEVER break theyr arm, or hurt them in an armbar, they keep the neck and joints very tense so nothing can be moved or broken

    pomegz So let me see... 'kicks don't work in fights', and most grappling is ineffective (if you could spell it, that is). I have a horrible feeling you were beaten badly by an MMA fighter, and so take out your frustration of impotency on this legend who, sadly, can't reply to you any more.

    @TheObelix876 you should really appreciate if your fighting a weakling or inexperienced person that all these attacks would even work on him. because they would do zero and absolutely not work against a person like me or a trained proper fighter by me, fedor couldnt even stop himself from tapping to a leg lock, and i saw his fight live. he didnt bend his leg, he was too relaxed. i even told a guy who trains him why didnt he but he said fedor was just non thinking about it then

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    @TheObelix876 the gloves reduces close range punches. ive tested the readings and if your wearing ufc gloves and punching very very very close range with bodies like 2 cm apart the trauma is reduced from the punch, because the gloves makes you generate less. its no wonder ufc is so shit, because they try to figure a way for them to be able to get in more grapples, without being traumatized from punches liek in real if they were to grapple them in real, from close range punches.

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    @TheObelix876 he doesnt realize grapples are useless to me. and even if he knows he cant win

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    @TheObelix876 but then if i slip and he keeps punching me. Ill have the headguard rib block which will not let him. So he is dead. If there was a no rule Smaller glove. and i mean smaller than mma gloves ufc fight champ. I would beat fedor.

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    @TheObelix876 their rules allow them to not be hit in places which allow them to grapple you and kick you more, and overall they can not get hurt and stamina last you. i dont train on stamina mainly like boxers, i train to be the fastest runner yes but mainly FINISH YOUR OPPONENT FAST. and not make the fight last forever with gloves, thats why boxing and ufc are pussy because they fight with gloves. that will allow them to resist my attacks since its cushion,

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    but weights and bodybuilding onyl gives you the resiliences and gives NO PUNCH POWER. only the push weight ones, but lifting weights gives none. push exercises do, and rotating your body increases it.

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    @TheObelix876 btw when i get to my 100% i can be like fedor in street fight and be as strong, i just dont do ufc rules or will win in a ufc cage with their rules because its shit and pussylike. i will win in a cage of ufc without their rules though. i will beat any of them unless fedor. fedor is good. it just comes down to how much ive trained

  • @XomegaZ
    @XomegaZ 12 років тому

    you see the problem with the kid your armbarring is he is so ineperienced he doesnt even realise he can still hurt you badly with his one arm you havent got hold of. He can tear your hold to shreds with that one arm, and you know how? as i said, i have trained and beaten all of these heolds, every one of them, even the one where they are ontop of you crushing u with their chest and legs are interlocked with yours so you cant turn them off u, ive beat that easy crap. you need to be a hard puncher

    and if youve put them in a lock their gonna punch you 1000 times while tensed so it will take you 1/2 hour to at least hurt them and by that time overtime you would have been traumatized from all those punches more than he would be from a lock, for eg headscissors do nothing against a pro fighter who knows how to counter it with a simple neck tuck in, he pushed your legs up with neck force so that his shoulders are covering the vital part of his side neck. Kaiba: your attacks are useless!

    when your fighting a guy hes not going to be relaxed for you to bend his arm, and EVEN if you elbow strike him in the head, they can tense and be so strong. your grabs will do nothing against an experienced fighter, and this is more experienced that half of the hillbilly idiot ufc fighters ive seen rampage fight. sure they got guts and training, but they arent pros, they are just fighters. not pros
