Actually, Bungie listened to the community when making D2. But they listened too much. Did you know that a large amout of people wanted it to be more casual? Or that people wanted different things for the game. They delivered what this crybaby community wanted, but now they don't want it anymore. So, Bungie is good for listening, but it's the community that should know that Destiny can't please everyone. Also, many people say Minecraft is trash, but that's an opinion. Like what you just said. Your post is an opinion.
Thank you so much for listening, I have been play since Destiny 1 taken King and when d2 came out there were quite a bit of changes I didn't care for but this, this gave me everything I wanted, elements from the first game, new elements, re done elements from the second game, a new actual raid, thank you very much bungie, you have brought many people back myself included
This is hands down the best bungie video I have ever seen in my life.
It looks good, but I will be smart and await for more info/trailers/teasers to come out. Remember they released D2 looking all hyped, but as we saw, it was terrible. Random rolls 👌. Raid seems amazing 👊. New content in general seems 🔥. Bungie and I have a messed up relationship. Bungie has broken the foundation of trust. It will be hard to give em forgiveness. You do not have my money yet.

Bungie, I (and I feel most others) really like what I saw in the stream. I’m glad weapon slots are changing, and I’m glad random rolls are returning. But I think it’d be good for those of you at Bungie and those of us who will be playing the game to see how exactly these changes will affect the game. That way we can see how exactly these changes work, and we can give feedback (hopefully) before the DLC is shipped off.
I’m hopeful for Destiny’s future, and I hope the rest of you are too. I can tell a lot of work went into this Bungie, and I really hope it pays off.

Fast forward to 2022 - Forsaken is still the best D2 Expansion. Exotics, story, dreaming city, last wish raid, shattered throne dungeon, awoken people story line I can go on and on.

It took me till the very last month before year 2 was coming out to get a Gally, in destiny 2 I got all the exotics in like under a month, this game has gotten so easy to get gear to the point that it’s boring once you have everything. I loved grinding to get gear in raids and strikes. Now it just seems to easy. אדום מת

E3 is right around the corner and I GUARENTEE there is a better places to put your (or guardians [pun slightly intended]) hard earned cash. And I know why people like destiny. Because I love the universe, lore, and possibilities that the franchise has. But even after feeling baited by the d2 beta and dropping 80 for the game+season pass (that I'm playing to this day) I can't help but feel like this was a beautiful opportunity to apologize and gain back some of the lost community. I may have come off hard with the sheep statement but that, until now, was me too.

These comments show there are suckers born every minute. New content aside, they are charging you to put the game into a state it should have been at launch. Most of this quality of life stuff should have been there from the start. And the price for the Annual Pass is insane. For what? Less content than we got in CoO and WM? Remixed missions and fancy new emblems?

Dude, what are you talking about. The only thing that they talk about would be quality of life changes (The collection aspects). New raid experience that sounds very interesting to see how that works, new missions, new locations, blending and expanding the weapon system, new supers, new enemies, new gamemodes. And none of this should have been in the game from launch, the game had plenty of new stuff to do a launch, it just had serious problems with the endgame, which might have been caused by a desire to bring in new players and make it more accessible to casual players. As much as I dislike those changes that they did it seems like they are making strides towards activities that do have that longevity that the hardcore players will be able to enjoy. If you are a fan that has been burned by the game I can understand where the frustration is coming from, they made a lot of changes that may not have been the best, but it seems like they are finally listening to or suggestions so give it a chance to become the game that we want it to be. if you are not a fan, just find a game that you do like and add to that community, you don't have to like Destiny everyone has their own preferences, because insulting people who are excited about improvements in a game that they enjoy is pretty rude.
