Love this one, had me leaking and pouring sweat from my face during the renegade rolls....burned 361 calories in 46 mins. I noticed that I eat majority of my snacks before lunch and after dinner....So I Started IF to help with my snacking, and to help me stay within my calorie goal.....oh and possibly bully the scale to go down and stay down. I'm 3 days in so far so good.
HI Vera, Shoulder feels so much better resting it yesterday. Today was 38 mins for me and had to substitute for a lot of you leg core exercise with just a planks and Halo hold and just made it work.
Another tough one Vera! 🥵🔥🔥 Had to modify a few 🙈 See you sneaked in the oblique crunches! 😨 Enjoyed today's workout even though it killed my arms with those planks! Thank you ❤ x

Vera I’m so upset! I pulled a muscle in my right back side shoulder blade. I was just about to workout. Going to rest today and do todays workout God willing tomorrow on your test day. Wish me luck it starts to feel better. Any suggestions on what to do? I’m on ice now and put some CBD cream on which is for muscles. I used it before and it helped on a different muscle area.
I’m so sorry, Elise!! It can be so frustrating - happens to me sometimes! I typically use both heat packs & ice. I haven’t tried CBD creams, but I use something called biofreeze for deep muscle penetration - it has a lot of menthol, and this (or some variation of it) is what a lot of athletes use for sore muscles & joints. Hope you feel better soon 💖💖💖
