I've watched tons of these reviews. Something about yours stood out, felt credible, felt scaled. Great work. Love the FaceTime interface where you're talking with your partner. Maybe that's the difference. "You can't tell you're not wearing it. The vision is perfect."
My excitement level went over 100% after hearing you 😂. Can’t stop thinking how good this will be in future generations if the 1st version blows people away. Great video 🙌

Awesome, I felt every emotion, enjoy every laugh with you two, felt almost like I was in your space with you listen to you in person describe your experience. To see you and your wife enjoying that unique amazing moment together was another great thing. It's so amazing when you have someone in Sync with you as you journey through life together and experience life with one another. Thank you so much, this was so great!

This seems great and I'm super hyped for it. I find it strange that you need to have your Mac there to do your Mac stuff, even though with the processor this thing has it could easily run MacOS. So if you go traveling you'll need to bring both your Mac and your Vision Pro, and then just have your Mac awkwardly sitting there with the screen open. In a plane or train that would be very annoying. Why not just get rid of the Mac? Sounds like something Apple would do just to make sure you still buy all the old devices as well. I'm really hoping they allow it to full on run MacOS apps natively.

Have you tried any of the current VR headsets on the market by the way?
I have a meta quest headset and it’s really fun to play games such as beat saber, but honestly the display quality is pretty terrible. I’d never ever consider watching a movie on it for example.
But you’re saying the quality on Vision Pro was basically like looking like a good quality tv yeah?

I totally understand the audio visual thing you’re talking about…I much prefer the studio versions of songs to their live versions….or a music video as opposed to a live performance….but that’s just me 🤓

Once it gets released I suspect there will be a rather full App Store for it too
Agree on concerts -- sure it's a communal experience, but I don't want to deal with the downsides. (Although in this instance you'd both need your own Vision Pro devices.) Having seen Adele in the early years in small and medium venues, that's where it started where people would sing, whether or not she invited the audience to sing with her. It progressively got worse and now I don't want to go to her concerts as I want to hear her sing, not the audience. I'm currently going to as many concerts with a more recent Grammy Best New Artist before people start doing the same.
So glad you were blown away by the experience with Vision Pro. Can't wait to see what developers do with it, and what other avenues this new device category will bring.
Is most likely to be an add on for sure..the mention of movies, concerts, sports events will work with this. Though that would change the game dramatically and impact heaps of existing business and industries..but as I say an extension to enhance the user experience is where this will work well bringing in additional revenue. Also Apple has always been about media creativity so kind of makes sense as this should be there niche. I can't forsee glasses even if tiny on the nose ridge or eyeball lens working as being in the real world is going to collide with the virtual..having a mobile phone you can put it down..for everyday use. Lets see...they did with the iPhone and iPad.
This coupled with AI perhaps could be not knowing the unknowns. Good thing it will be garden walled to Apple for security. Apple has the patents and contracts already mapped out with the industry parties and infrastructure..years ago in the making. Waiting to seize the moment..lets see. Good video Kane & Pia👍

If it can replace your 4K TV, sound system, MacBook, and a bunch of other devices, the price on Vision Pro may not be that crazy
If you're single. You need two of them in order for two people to watch at the same time. And if you want to snuggle while watching TV, the headset might get in the way.

Seriously... will I be able to wear one and see what someone else (on the other side of the world) sees in their own Vision Pro? I would like to be able to do this to be able to have/pay someone go where I want them to go so I can see what they can see. How much bandwidth would this take? To me this would be the killer app for that device.
The musical group ABBA has a virtual reality version of themselves right now which they show in a theatre. Would it be easy for ABBA to release software that runs on the Vision Pro? I would find it amazing to see the four members of ABBA in my living room looking at me and singing directly to me.

Being an intelligent person, I will wait a few months for the first wave to run it's course and release their reviews to begin considering whether this would be a wise investment.

How are we gonna have any artists to play virtual concerts if people stop going to see live music, most musician’s main source of revenue? Only wealthy people will be able to see musician. Also a lot of music sounds far better live than through recordings, what shows are you going to? Only festivals? Is the device going to recreate the bass in your bones when you’re stood near the speakers? Is it going to recreate an artist who performs songs different every night? It can’t compete

This device costs more than most people’s holidays, what world are you living in?
You are not serious. My return tickets alone cost more than this headset. Every time I flew either America or Europe, cost me averagely $5000. That hasn’t included hotels, transportation, food, fees, etc. easily I have to spend $10k every single trip.
Obviously a holiday is a better experience but a trip for 4 to explore a volcano = $30k (as an example)
You must be going to some horrible concerts. The sound is usually the biggest draw. Nothing compares to stacks of Funktion 1's making your soul vibrate. What are you talking about?
Only a very small percentage of folks love funktion 1’s in a club. (I appreciate how great that sort of experience is, but for the 99% of society who no long go to clubs etc, this is a more pleasant experience.)
