I'm not one to comment on UA-cam videos, but this deserves it. This is not a review, Jon & Brian, this is a masterpiece. I need not mention the technical aspects - borrowing the idea from the first half of the video - but I must weigh in on the experience. I've watched countless Vision Pro reviews, and they all felt sterile, lifeless, cold. An amalgamation of numbers, specifications, an analytical look into what is, really, an art piece. This, on the contrary, felt alive, vivid, so quintessentially human. Unintended or not, I wholeheartedly believe this video's message transcends the visual and auditory, serving as a metaphor for what experiencing the Vision Pro feels like. An absolute joy to watch and feel. Great job, guys.
I thought this video was yet another review about the Vision Pro, I was proven wrong. You created something completely new, another generation of reviews. Not only that, the video quality was a game changer, not only because of the resolution but also the framing you used in this video. I had never seen this ratio in a UA-cam video, ever. It perfectly fits in my iPhone screen. And that’s just half of it. The storytelling on this is incredible. You captured all my attention and focus though out the whole video. And that plot twist really caught me off guard. For a moment I thought you hated the Apple Vision Pro but when you left aside the technical part I felt represented with your views. As you said, most tech reviewers just cover the technical aspects rather than the experience of using it but you nailed it! Huge fan of this channel. I enjoyed this so much. I am Ignacio Montenegro btw.
This video made me so sad that there isn't a built in feature on UA-cam to repost this video, I would so want to just magically put this on all of my friends recommended page. What an absolute masterpiece!
Wow, idk if I’ve ever seen a video like this. I couldn’t have said it better myself down to the smallest detail. If anyone ever asks me for a review on my channel I’m linking this video😂 also, can’t wait to watch this in 10 years and reflect on how right you were.
I rarely comment on UA-cam, never really do. But I really felt the need to say something after watching this. I don't think you quit realize how important your review Is. I've lost excited for Apple products for a long time, and after seeing the first reviews online I thought it was impressive but it did not get me excited again. I did not felt the need to want this device. But your review man.. I felt it like you felt it. Best review hands down!
Finally, a reviewer that gets the point. Subscriber earned. I've been in tech since the 70's. I've been waiting for this for my entire life. I did the demo in an Apple Store, and it literally brought me to tears, and I had to ask to pause the demo. I bought one on release, and have never regretted it. I would like to see more content and apps, but it's going to take awhile for Immersive video capture to be more commonplace for some of that to happen. A classic example of what you are describing is the opening scene in "Highlining", where the camera is just a touch too close to the girl, and you actually feel a bit embarrassed for being too close to her, in her personal space. It really makes you feel like you are there.
I stopped watching your videos a while back after I felt they were becoming too immature and crass. You’ve just won me back. This is one of the best videos I’ve watched in a while, period. Incredibly professional, well written, well shot and well edited (both visually and audibly). I’m looking forward to more.
This is not a review, It's a doc... a story about your experience in the VP... The writing, storytelling, cinematography, editing, VFX and music choice is unbelievable
Not just that apple didnt invented VR, but it was a flop, useless device no one wanted, that doesn't really do much and its gets boring after two or three days
Sorry, it feels everything BUT natural to me. I like him in Genius Bar, but *this* *every* *word* *I* *say* *is* *stressed* *and* *has* *an* *artificial* *pause* *for* emphasis doesn’t make it natural at all. I know that he’s copying that from others, but… I don’t like it at all.
We lost our teenage son two years ago. You said "Time Machine". I keep imaging getting lost in scene that has a slightly animated model of my son, watching TV, reading a book, or throwing rocks into the canal. I would never take the device off my head.
Very sorry for your loss. If you have iPhone shot video of your son, or even selfies he took himself, it would be very interesting to view them with Vision Pro if just in 2D. If there is audio with the video, it may be very possible for it to literally come alive for you. In time, I believe Apple or other software developers will be able to use Apple AI and computational spatial videography to possibly upscale 2D video into a quasi-3D spatial video that looks almost like reality, enough that older videography and home photography could be enhanced greatly by Vision Pro, not fake but filling in the depth and views. Your mind can do the rest. I hope these technologies come into being so that you can relive memories of your son with your family. They are never really gone if they are still in your heart and mind. I hope you find peace one day. ❤️
Yeah. You can superimpose a video of a person and it would look real... Then there's also AI that can generate realistic video of a person from a few minutes of footage....
You genuinely made me cry not because of anything, but the appreciation that's been in my heart. I watched so many reviews going against the efforts of these genuinely genius. I have seen so many videos and I have nothing but respect for apple
I've said for a while now that Jon Prosser is fast becoming a philosopher of tech. This review is the first one I've seen that seriously tries to understand the *concept* of the Apple Vision Pro, not just the thing or the tech of it.
Exactly. It's great to see someone who "gets it." Apple doesn't make "devices," they make experiences-via-devices. Which other companies do too. But they either don't market it as well or - most importantly - don't implement it as well.
@@timothyTNM117I think it’s that most companies market their devices technically first, knowing that that’s how they are perceived and then look to make it easier for the mainstream Apple knows they *are* the mainstream and focuses almost exclusively on that, which is very understandably annoying for tech people but it’s an entirely different way of doing things that most people in the tech sphere tend to not realise
I just bought a quest 3 and will receive it in 2 days - and this will be my first experience with VR after those VR glasses you'd put your phone in - but damn, this video made feel like I can't wait until I can buy and test out a AVP. Truly, one of the best reviews I've ever seen.
Best review of the Vision Pro on the internet, period. You were right, this is the only review we need. Now I don't need to see any other. Great production value, entertainment and dedication. Keep it up!
Honestly, amazing job Jon. I maybe have commented on only 2 videos over the course of i don’t even know how many years, but this one couldn’t be skipped over. I appreciate you taking time to put out high quality, well produced, and intellectual videos like this. It’s refreshing and in stark contrast to the high volume shallow stuff that some other UA-camrs spit out just to have content. Your videos are always amusing, but i definitely appreciate the serious Jon putting together some masterpieces like this. This is the first review of Vision Pro that’s made me actually consider forking out the $4k to get in on the experience you described. Seriously Nice work.
Finally somebody was able to put into words how I felt as a non-technical consumer when I first tried the device. This is the future! Thank you for seeing it pass the reviewer’s lenses (no pun intended). I agree that Apple has work to do and I could not be happier to imagine what is next! 😊
What a great review. Very well done. I went to the Apple Store to demo the AVPro and was completely blown away. It felt like I was going to fall off of a mountain. I felt like I was flying. I felt like I was exactly where the demo took me and I could touch whatever or whomever was in front of me. The spatial photos were visceral. I would never want take them off while at home and definitely would never watch a movie, play a video game, or watch a sporting event on a television again. I’m a filmmaker myself and still go to the theater but I’m sorry, after seeing this I wouldn’t go back. This is the future and eventually everyone will have an iteration of this tech regardless of manufacturer. I can only imagine the coding for this.
I don’t know if you know this John. But your content and videos have been soooooo good for a long time now. It feels like you’re actually looking at these products like a consumer does. Or looking at making a video without it being about thrashing a product for the sake of the clicks. Absolutely loved watching that. And u are spot on. It is magic. And everyone I’ve handed it to thinks the same. Because it is ❤
I have a few questions: Why don’t you work at Apple? Why don’t you stand on stage and present the Vision Pro? Why do I now, more than ever, have the need to buy a Vision Pro? This is not a review, this is a vision that only Steve Jobs could convey on stage. Definitely new Gold Standard. Mindblowing man!!!
One key thread that runs through your reviews is the perspective of that everyday user. Most times, I end up enjoying my devices in ways I would never have thought possible if I only relied on the opinion of some tech reviewers on UA-cam. Never lose that thread. Thank you.
Outstanding review. I bought one last week because a hand disability makes touchscreens and mice really painful to use. And holy CRAP is it impressive. I’m here for the eye tracking, but the experience you describe is exactly right. A window into the future is the best description I’ve heard so far. Well done!
Absolutely the best video I’ve watched in years and I honestly meant that. Balanced and informative. Real emotional engagement and you made it seem like the future is here right now. You’re outlook on the possibilities was great. You’re explanations overall was outstanding. Thank you so much. I can’t afford the head set and will not likely be able to for some time, but I’m now encouraged by the fact when I can afford it that experience then will most likely be phenomenal.
Seams really odd to say but that actually hit me hard and got me emotional. I recently lost my dad and now wished this came out a few years ago so I could record him in the headset and relive some time with him. Brilliant review. It felt like a journey not a just a product review I was hucked the whole way through, had no perception of time watching it, constantly thinking of how I could adapt it into my life and entirely immersed in your thoughts. It felt like a review from the future. Congratulations on setting the new bar for other creators. Unbelievable
I’m reposting this from my reply to a similar commenter who lost a loved one. Very sorry for your loss. If you have iPhone shot video of your dad , or even selfies he took himself, it would be very interesting to view them with Vision Pro if just in 2D. If there is audio with the video, it may be very possible for it to literally come alive for you. They are never really gone if they are still in your heart and mind. I hope you find peace one day. ❤
I thought he was lying about it being being such a unique review, but man did he over deliver ! Best review . Now you need to do it for everything new lol
I’ve had the AVP for a month. There are things I like, things I love, and things I can’t wait to improve. I’ve watched basically every review that exists. This review is the most fair, objective one that exists, and the comparison to the others is not even close. This is why I love the device where it is right now. Thank you for articulating this so well!
@@sineadiloveyou I use it for entertainment, but I would say 75% or more of my use is for work. I work remotely and it's really helpful to have the option to spread my work out in space so I can see a lot at once.
Let's not go nuts. It's just a screen in front of your face that does everything, poorly. I can type faster on PC, watch TV with my family and make video calls without looking like a mortuary specimen. It's an overpriced, overhyped gadget and so it shall remain. Window to the future...hahahahahahahaha...good one!
Exceptional review. This captures everything that apple tries to do. It is past the specs, it has always been about the experience and the ability to "change everything" or at the very least create the possibility of it, which is going to feel foreign and weird to start, have people react, but it sets a pathway that no one could see. That is part of what made Steve Jobs so extraordinary.
Tried one last week and a lot of what you're saying is what I thought too. I think it's an absolute game changer; especially for developers. The new desktop indeed.
I watched the first half of this on my iPhone and the second half in my Vision Pro. It was like I was traveling into the future within the span of this video.
Coming back to check on this three weeks later, and people are wholeheartedly sleeping on this video. This deserves WAY more acknowledgment. The most well-versed review of Vision Pro out there.
Jon, I want to express my gratitude. The dedication and refinement is evident in this project truly paid off. As a cinematographer, I deeply value the excellence in both visual and audio aspects. I believe this direction is fantastic, and while your humor and comedy will always be in the dna of your work, delving into the professional realm of your capabilities is a path worth pursuing further. It's evident that you genuinely care about your craft, and I understand the dedication required to produce something of this caliber. Well done, Jon.
Chills all over man. Truly a John Prosser masterpiece. I saw the video yesterday and decided to only watch it with my morning coffee to experience it. And I was right. Thank you.
FPT is in the state of natural progression where this channel brings authenticity, warmth, compassion and most importantly subjectivity to each topic. What a great video. While FPT is growing as a channel they are in that sweet spot of being conversational instead of robotic and institutionalized like other channels *cough* MKBHD. I love seeing this evolution. PS- thank you for holding Sam’s hand thru this.
Incredible review. I feel the same way. This is gonna be an awesome decade. Tech reviews nowadays always have headlines like “why you should not buy X”. The negativity is all around. Yours is great! This product is amazing. Not perfect, but from a company as big as Apple, to take a risk like this and take it home. Should be applauded much more like you did. Can’t buy it yet in the Netherlands, but I think i will. Even gen1 is smart to jump on to get a head start. Because smartphones are in their endgame. Gotta keep up with tech!
This is one of the best reviews i have ever seen. You’re passionate, atriculate and so correct in your analysis. I got to try the Vision Pro at the Apple Store and i totally agree with what you are saying. I was blown away by the demo and this review brought back the full experience. Well done man!!!
Every normal person: great product Every content creator here: holy cow how many days of hard work went into this perfect script, this story and the way it was presented
Jon, you truly respect Apple’s vision for human experiences more than I think even you realize. If you don’t already own Apple stock- your own videos should be enough proof why you should buy some as soon as you’re done reading this comment.
Congratulations for the incredible review, the best Apple Vision Pro video I've seen so far. In the last two minutes, while you were talking, you made me think about the future functioning of Apple Vision Pro, and thinking about the leaks regarding the Apple ring, it occurred to me that it could be a Tracker for the hand so as to have the precision even in moments of darkness and in movements. I repeat exceptional work, keep improving.
This is the video that finally convinced me to buy an AVP. Thanks for taking the time to transport us into your experience. I wouldn’t even call this a tech review: maybe a tech essay? Bravo! - Caya
@@adeldeutsch3901 Funny though, no one has ever said the Quest experience was ever that emotionally engaging, thought provoking, or felt like reality. VR gaming, sure, light productivity, possible. Cheaper, for sure, in all senses of the word. And now, META will record and gather data on your Quest usage, including what YOU look at and where you go in your VR world, “anonymized” of course. You really trust Meta with that?
Apple and Meta saw the future while everyone was laughing at them (especially Meta). Quest 3 is an amazing device, especially for that price. I wonder if Meta will bring their premium model to the market now as well...
@slidebean Just booked a demo at my local Apple Store when AVP launches in the U.K. on July 12. Do you still feel the same way, 3 months later? Thanks for sharing your thoughts 🙏🏻
The best Vision Pro review ever Thank you John for standing out You are the best 👊🏾 I have shared this review to other people to watch And I asked them to watch it in full screen with a quality headphone. Thanks to your team as well. 👏
Just had the chance to demo the Vision Pro in an Apple Store. He’s 100% spot on. When Jon says, “Apple Vision Pro is easily the single most technologically impressive thing I have ever experienced in my life” (23:14) it completely sums up how I felt after that demo. It was like a window into the future. Not perfect (yet) but I have no doubt this the iPhone killer.
That was an amazing video. I was wondering where you were going with it early on but stuck with it and am glad I watched it to the end. After the Vision Pro demo in the store I felt a lot like a did when I used the first 128K Mac. I knew this device was going to be the future even though the original was crazy high-priced and very very limited / very rough around the edges. (9” B/W screen, 128K RAM, 1 400K floppy and no other storage, limited networking, etc, etc). When the first “home computers” were introduced I also saw the possible future, but couldn’t even begin to explain to my wife what I’d use it for. I came up with (an embarrassingly poor response of) “it can keep track of recipes”. I like how you describe the Vision Pro as a “Time Machine” and Vision OS as the killer app. That’s exactly what Mac OS 1.0 and IOS 1.0 were with their accompanying first generation hardware.
Oh wow. This video seriously made me want to buy the AVP. I've been on the fence. I am a VR enthusiast. It is not new for me. So a lot of the "magic" I'm used to... but the thing that truly makes me want to get this device are the spatial video capabilities. I can't agree with you more about the concept that with spatial video, they have created the first pseudo time machine. I can go back to that moment. I wish I had this capability when my daughter was a baby. She's 16 now. But at least I can get this and still capture some more moments in time when she is still a teenager. I've been taking spatial vids on my iphone 15 since they rolled out the ability. I watched some of them on Quest 3 and wasn't impressed. But I hear taking spatial vids directly from the AVP are much better. Also, I am firmly in the apple ecosystem. So this device sounds like a no brainer to me... I just wish it was about a thousand dollars cheaper... but this vid still has me thinking about that purchase!
I've been watching you for many years, and this was the first video you were able to very effectively translate, not just your knowledge, but your wisdom. Well done!
Great review and spot on I tested it at the Apple Store and was blown away exactly like you described it . Yet I know that it is not perfect and will be a precursor of many generations to come, it will be like the first I phone we bought : i know it’s revolutionary and is the future and will be outdated and replaced within a couple of years but i would still buy it .
I genuinely loved this review, the emotions expressed completely took me by surprise (and yes moved me). Without a shadow of a doubt, the best review of a product I’ve ever seen.
I say to you Jon, that review felt like you borrowed the secret formula that makes all the perfect marketing strategies of Apple products. Felt personal and human
Well... Not literally THE ONLY review you need... but definitely a very important one, removing a bit of the noise and actually jumping into the Apple's mindset to build such terrific product.
I work at an Apple Premium Reseller in Norway and got to test Vision pro a few weeks back. This video explains the experience so well. I was truly jawdroppingly amazed at first. Then my tech brain hit and stuff seemed wonky. But after some time I let my self go, and the magic truly hit again! Surreal experience!
You know I agree with you 100% I have had many Macbook Pro's over the years and I just upgraded from the M1 Pro to the M3 Pro Macbook Pro and I found myself caught up in just setting it up and transferring my stuff from my back up and I never realised I got so caught up in the process. I completely forgot to experience it. I even found myself not being excited to open the new mac etc You have summed it up flawlessly!! One day I am sure I shall get the Apple Vision Pro in my own time. Great review! I mean really really great!
I've watched a lot of reviews of the Apple Vision Pro. You guys get it. You understand what the future implications are. Because of the price-point, I (probably) won't buy one this first generation... but OMG do I want to.
I don’t usually comment on any videos but I have to here: Whatever it took for you to get this video to be as it is, was worth it. Even if it gets less than 300k views (as you said), it is worth it to let people that don’t have it finally actually get it, what Vision Pro is and experience it. Bravo! Such high quality content and you can feel the effort and expertise shining in every nuance of this review. Even if this is the last review you ever post, you made it. Congratulations! 🙂🎉
Spot on. Just at the moment of "this is stuck in windows because that's how it's always been", I was typing this comment explaining how websites will become interactive universes and experiences. But then you showed your simulation. I'm amazed and impressed - and excited. The vision is hardly grasped by many. To add my 2 cents, blockchain will play a giant part in this eventually (websites/interactive "homes" of businesses - powered by blockchain, immersible by Vision).
This isn't a review, it's an ad. And I mean that in the worst possible way. It's manipulative (like ads), It tells me what to feel and think (like ads), it's cherry picking trivial things and make em seem life changing (like ads). And worst of all, it tells me to disregard it's obvious shortcomings that have serious impact on the user experience.
jon prosser ladies and gentleman, head of apple marketing. so are you saying we're using it wrong lol. nah it still sucks. guess why. real world matters, not virtual one
You sound like a rural farmer in 1908 telling Henry Ford, “I already own a horse” as you shovel manure. You need a little vision to see where this is going.
This is so good man, this is the best video on your channel (so far) You have really given me hope you know, I feel like the era of people being on their phones and segregated from each other. You are a legend
Just to be clear, I stand by what I said, you are just the greatest man and I know that you will be disheartened right now by this. I watch Genius Bar every week and you and Sam are so funny I can’t help but laugh out loud on the bus so thanks for the public embarrassment. I hope you make more of these kinds of videos because the level of effort and passion, enough to make a grown man cream. Love you Jon
Great video! I don't own one but I just had a demo the other day. This is the first apple product in years that really has what Steve Jobs talked about. If you read that book about him and how Sully and ad guys tried to convince him to talk about the specs of the imac. He kept telling them "No! It's not about the tech. It's about how it FEELS!" Same with this thing. I love the idea of VR, but everything I've tried seems to fall short. Except this. The entire time during the demo, especially the immersive part, I kept going "wow, wow, wow". Every God Damn time. And the apple tour guide was like "that's EVERYONE'S reaction". Can't wait 'till I can afford this.
The Apple Vision Pro … my first thought was it’s like a Time Machine! You can experience past events like you were really there! Imagine watching films made in Apple Vision Pro decades into the future. It’s fantastic and magical. The closest thing to being in the future I have ever experienced. If it was cheaper I would have one for sure… because I can’t afford it right now.
Rewatching this, I remembered what a masterpiece this is. A really nice review with magical storyline and exceptional videography! I really enjoy watching your content!
I never ever saw a review as perfect as this ever. I´m impressed how you have the confidence to put such a title on that video and then deliver in every minute of it. Also you opened a great perspective on how to see products in the future. Everything gets compared these days, everyone just shows graphs and specs, but what a product does to you and with you will define if we should buy it or not. Awesome work Jon, really awesome work!
This is such a great perspective of the Vision Pro. So many people are reviewing this new product and saying that they're "bored" after a couple of days because there isn't much to do on it yet or that the product is a "flop" because it can't do everything they imagined yet. That's not the point of the device - the Vision Pro was released as a tool for people to see the potential and be able to develop of all the ways we could use tech in the future and how our traditional sense of digital technology can change forever. You did such an awesome job explaining this, and hopefully people can realize that this current version is an incredible preview of how technology might look in the future.
I imagine myself in the place of one of those engineers conceiving this thing watching that video of someone who finally stop complaining about how this thing could've been better but instead enjoying it all. u got something that is not so common.
oh my god this is ultrawide, my oled ultrawide monitor is LOVING this video, just wish youtube supported surround sound in browsers. Sometimes I looked back bc it felt like my rear speakers were making sound yet they weren't
I'm an old fart and have watched hundreds if not thousands of reviews. But this is easily the best I have ever seen. You have great talent Jon and should be snapped up by a TV production company, in fact I'm going to forward this to my friend in the business now!
This is easily one of the most impressive tech videos I've ever seen. You guys really have a knack for looking at technology in a way no one else looks at. So deep and years ahead. Thanks for this!

@@mattriney6072haha Amen.
This is not a review, It's a doc... a story about your experience in the VP... The writing, storytelling, cinematography, editing, VFX and music choice is unbelievable
Indeed, the early part is somehow a review. The rest is sales talk.
Then he claims it's the only review needed. Lol
NONONO but not in a bad way... I love this@@SimpleLife2.000
From hater to hype merchant. All in the same video.
25 minutes of admiring the craft of filmmaking. And you won't learn much about the product itself, apart from the slogans repeated for a year.
"It's like getting in the first airplane ever invented." This phrase alone encapsulates perfectly what it's like to use Vision Pro.
It's not an invention since there has been VR & MR headsets out for more than a decade (modern ones) and more than 3 decades for public products.
Not just that apple didnt invented VR, but it was a flop, useless device no one wanted, that doesn't really do much and its gets boring after two or three days
How does Jon read from a script so effortlessly that it feels like he's not, and instead feels like he's speaking from the heart?! Truly a talent.
Many many years of doing it consistently
that's actually the skill i wanna learn
Sorry, it feels everything BUT natural to me. I like him in Genius Bar, but *this* *every* *word* *I* *say* *is* *stressed* *and* *has* *an* *artificial* *pause* *for* emphasis doesn’t make it natural at all. I know that he’s copying that from others, but… I don’t like it at all.
Courage.
Over 10 years of experience
No one has given vision pro the same level of care as this guy did. Salute.
I'm saying the same thing...
This MIGHT be the best tech review production of... ALL TIME.
Masterpiece and I haven't even gone halfway. Well done.
you should watch the Verge's review. This doesn't compare
We lost our teenage son two years ago. You said "Time Machine". I keep imaging getting lost in scene that has a slightly animated model of my son, watching TV, reading a book, or throwing rocks into the canal. I would never take the device off my head.
Oh my. I'm so sorry.
Bless your heart. We are here with you
Very sorry for your loss.
Wow.
You were not kidding, this is the only review needed. Fantastic job!!!
I've said for a while now that Jon Prosser is fast becoming a philosopher of tech. This review is the first one I've seen that seriously tries to understand the *concept* of the Apple Vision Pro, not just the thing or the tech of it.
A amen to that!
Exactly. It's great to see someone who "gets it." Apple doesn't make "devices," they make experiences-via-devices. Which other companies do too. But they either don't market it as well or - most importantly - don't implement it as well.
@@timothyTNM117I think it’s that most companies market their devices technically first, knowing that that’s how they are perceived and then look to make it easier for the mainstream
Apple knows they *are* the mainstream and focuses almost exclusively on that, which is very understandably annoying for tech people but it’s an entirely different way of doing things that most people in the tech sphere tend to not realise
Jon jesus dude you keep pumping out banger after banger this is nuts, Idk how u make ur videos have so much feeling and emotion to them it wild
You're... you're going to convince me to buy one, aren't you?
Because it is ❤
I have a few questions:
Why don’t you work at Apple?
Why don’t you stand on stage and present the Vision Pro?
Why do I now, more than ever, have the need to buy a Vision Pro?
This is not a review, this is a vision that only Steve Jobs could convey on stage.
Definitely new Gold Standard.
Mindblowing man!!!
You know what they say, never meet your hero.
You’re explanations overall
was outstanding.
Thank you so much. I can’t afford the head set and will not likely be able to for some time, but I’m now encouraged by the fact when I can afford it that experience then will most likely be phenomenal.
Mad, how mans turned a fucking tech review into an entire cinematic experience
No matter what you reviewed,is the best Ive ever saw ,it makes me go to buy the product right now.Thank you for this great 24 minutes!!!!

Really curious, what do you use it for? I see it as something mostly for entertainment
@@sineadiloveyou I use it for entertainment, but I would say 75% or more of my use is for work. I work remotely and it's really helpful to have the option to spread my work out in space so I can see a lot at once.
If you “love the device where it is right now”, why did you return it?
@@Bourbon_Bound Where did I say I returned it?
12:09 Great filmmaking, legendary triumph of artist intent. The fact I don’t have a Vision Pro and can feel what he’s talking about. Awesome.
I watched the first half of this on my iPhone and the second half in my Vision Pro. It was like I was traveling into the future within the span of this video.
This was exceptional, I literally turned off the TV and came to my computer to subscribe. This was flawless.
Brilliant philosophically. Thank you for departing from “tech minutiae,“ gibberish to 90% of the population. Well done
Every normal person: great product
Every content creator here: holy cow how many days of hard work went into this perfect script, this story and the way it was presented
This is the speech I had to do to my husband for him to agree to buying me one!! I can’t wait until it arrives on 24th July!!!
Jon, you truly respect Apple’s vision for human experiences more than I think even you realize.
If you don’t already own Apple stock- your own videos should be enough proof why you should buy some as soon as you’re done reading this comment.
This review makes thinking about the future of Vision Pro seem very exciting . Earned a sub
I am actually posting a reply on UA-cam after a decade if not long, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST REVIEW OF APPLE VISION PRO!
This is the video that finally convinced me to buy an AVP.
Thanks for taking the time to transport us into your experience. I wouldn’t even call this a tech review: maybe a tech essay?
Bravo!

You can have the same experience for a fraction of the price with the Quest 3
@@adeldeutsch3901
Funny though, no one has ever said the Quest experience was ever that emotionally engaging, thought provoking, or felt like reality. VR gaming, sure, light productivity, possible. Cheaper, for sure, in all senses of the word. And now, META will record and gather data on your Quest usage, including what YOU look at and where you go in your VR world, “anonymized” of course. You really trust Meta with that?
@@adeldeutsch3901 A fraction of the experience. Quest 3 is ok but not as good.
This is probably the only tech review I've ever seen that has made me feel something, and I've watched a LOT of tech reviews
The best Vision Pro review ever
Thank you John for standing out
You are the best 👊🏾
I have shared this review to other people to watch
And I asked them to watch it in full screen with a quality headphone.
Well done!
Jon is still very young, and it takes years of life experience to make a great philosopher. It seems to me that he's getting there.
Great review and spot on
I tested it at the Apple Store and was blown away exactly like you described it . Yet I know that it is not perfect and will be a precursor of many generations to come,
it will be like the first I phone we bought : i know it’s revolutionary and is the future and will be outdated and replaced within a couple of years but i would still buy it .
This dudes gonna be one of the biggest tech youtubers ever... this was an incredible video we need more of this
I don’t usually comment on any videos but I have to here: Whatever it took for you to get this video to be as it is, was worth it. 🙂🎉
Yeaaaaaah but… $3.5k?
Absolutely beautifully done. 👏🏾👏🏾
This is the most underrated tech channel on UA-cam 💯
This is so good man, this is the best video on your channel (so far)
You have really given me hope you know, I feel like the era of people being on their phones and segregated from each other.
You are a legend
Those vitamins were good last night too
Just to be clear, I stand by what I said, you are just the greatest man and I know that you will be disheartened right now by this. I watch Genius Bar every week and you and Sam are so funny I can’t help but laugh out loud on the bus so thanks for the public embarrassment.
I hope you make more of these kinds of videos because the level of effort and passion, enough to make a grown man cream.
Love you Jon
This was an amazing review. I have watched your channel for years but this production and review was absolutely fantastic
And by this review, you opened a can of worms that cannot be closed, this review will change the way reviews are made, great job
The amount of production quality in this video is outstanding, this is an amazing well produced review.
Rewatching this, I remembered what a masterpiece this is. A really nice review with magical storyline and exceptional videography! I really enjoy watching your content!
This review won over my ADHD. Was glued to it till the very end
LMAO real
Simply wow...... Man you nailed this one!! Great job sir. BRAVO !
Best review I've ever seen. You really put a lot of thought into this!
The WRITING of this review is amazing. The delivery. The pauses. The rhythm. The journey. Perfection.
When I saw the keynote of the Apple Vision Pro, I said “cool, nice”. When I first tried it, I decided to buy it. It let me speechless.
