You've missed the biggest in terms of affecting the overall world population depupolating countries i.e. P.R. China, Republic of Korea and many more. Bulgaria, yes - it shrieked from 9 million citizens to 6.5 millions in 35 years, but as of 35 years ago there were 10 million bulgarians around the world, there are still 10 millions bulgarians around the world by means not of nationality but of ethnicity, - ethnic turks and gypsies are significant percentage of bulgarian citizens.
And many foreigners come to Bulgaria since 2020.. Its nice here, not too many people which is great. Bulgaria is one of the most underrated countries ever... shh... ill keep it quiet
@transformativeexperiences If you've listened to the text of the bulgarian anthem, you'd know bulgarians themselves know it. As for foreigners, I can't judge: I'm native Sofia boy (just a half, but still a rare bread - last ottoman population count listed 5000 households in Sofia), my expiration date is much closer than the birth date and though I lived abroad for long periods It was never that far to not come home for at least a month every year, and for more than half of well remembered century foreigners I passed by or know well are not becoming more numerous in the overall picture. The bulgarian Black Sea coast is fluded with Russian speakers, as well is Bansko, permanent settlers in small towns and villages are very few and of wide variety, predominantly English and Russian speakers, but in Sofia geography of the more noticeable origins of newcomers changed a lot during the years and not many of long dwellers settled permanently here.
35 years of capitalism have really not been kind to Bulgaria
