Arguing takes a bit of trust and vulnerability and self-confidence. Most of us don’t argue with acquaintances. I can see how an argument on the first date would grow into a long-standing marriage. No fakery!
Oh Sarah, there is nothing wrong with having big feelings about your hair loss. It’s not superficial, it’s a part of our identity and how we face the world. You feel what you feel and you validate for yourself. Otherwise you can’t move towards making peace with it if you just try to chide yourself for feeling a certain way and push it down instead. The hair you present in, it suits you beautifully and looks so natural. You’re gorgeous! I hope you know that ♥️
Sarah I would have never known that was not your natural hair! If there's any consolation you look fantastic and the work they did is very natural-looking. You're beautiful and Carlos loves you that's all that matters.
Congrats on 41 years!! My husband and I are literally half way to you at this point, and I hope we can say we still laugh when we hit 41 years. My husband is such a dork and always makes me laugh!! Every single day!!
You make me smile so much. I love to see the two of you together. When I met my wife, her roommate was actually a blind date. We knew we were not compatible. She had me come in and meet her roommate. I talk to the roommate for five minutes. When I left, I went straight to Phone and called my father and said I found the girl I’m going to marry. Called her back and made a date for the next day. We were together for 53 years until she passed due to cancer. I still Sometimes will wear her bathrobe could smell her perfume. I wish you many years together.
Awe, I love this video. I've been married for almost 50 years. I couldn't wait until we could retire and be together. It's wonderful when you find your other half. The older you get, the more you realize that life is way too short to fight. Sarah, you found a very honorable man treasure him. Men like him are few and far between. I married one, too. And Carlo you found an amazing young woman. Your happiness means a lot to your beautiful wife. Blessings to you both.
We've been married 21 years and our love is strong but the newness of your relationship is so wonderful for remembering how our relationship started! I hope you have decades of joy together!
I'm sorry, Sarah. I went through hair loss when my doctor prescribed me thyroid medication at too high a dose. I lost my eyebrows, too. Now it's really thin. Thanks for talking about this. You two are amazing.
You two are so cute together! I wish you both a long, happy, healthy life together with all the children that God blesses you with! I got married in 1982 when I was 21 & my husband was 23. We were married over 38 years. I had a miscarriage the year after we got married & never had any children. In 2020, he got sick with lung cancer & past away 9 months later. I took care of him the best I could every second of every day until he needed to be hospitalized. We were still very much in love with each other & his passing has really been very hard for me! Plus, 3 months later my dad also passed away. It's been very lonely since he passed away. People that I thought were my friends turned out to not be. All I have left is 1 older brother, 3 nephews & a great-nephew and a great-niece. No one lives close to me so I'm always alone. All our retirement plans & dreams were gone. I say all this because life is too short! Live, love & laugh every day! Love each other with everything you have. Don't let those little things that you argue about turn in to something big. Swallow your pride & say you're sorry & tell each other, "I love you," every day! ❤
So sweet to have 38 years of love. I hope you still carry out your retirement dreams as I’m sure he would’ve wanted. & I know it’s hard but It’s never too late to meet new friends.
If you think Carlo is cute now. Imagine him with their baby. Double cuteness. Now Imagine him teaching the baby Italian culture. Damn, now I need to Carlo Jr.
You guys are adorable!! We put God at the center of our relationship so that helps us work out arguments quicker. We met and got engaged in six weeks, married in six months and have been married 26 years. Now, I want an Italian (but I will go tell my husband that and he will laugh his head off). I love that Carlo loves you laughing. Laughing with (or sometimes at) your spouse is the best.
I love your openness and honesty about your Alapecia! My niece, who is now a senior in college was diagnosed as a 1 year old, (one of the youngest ever) so she has never known herself, with hair! She hasn't let it slow her down one bit! She is strong and confident with a bald head! She is uncomfortable WITH a wig on, she hates how hot they are! Her parents help her put it in perspective, its cosmetic, it's not fatal! Your honesty will help some other girl struggling with this!
Sarah, I never would have thought that you had alopecia. Your hair extensions are gorgeous and natural. I’ve started loosing my hair and it is so depressing. Thank you so much for sharing about your hair loss journey.
My wife and I never argue. We have little quibbles when making a decision about what to buy, but that's it. Never once got heated. That says there's still little things that annoy people about each, it's a matter of communicating when necessary and not holding grudges.
I know people think we are lying when I say my Hubby & I have never had a fight or argued in 21 years, but it’s absolutely true. He’s just so easy going and we get along so well that it’s just never been an issue. I mean we’ve gotten annoyed with each other, but it’s never turned into anything. We both just go into another room & within a few minutes we’ve forgotten about what it was lol.
Me too... I was even expecting arguments. We've had disagreements and then we just talk about and we've nearly almost argued and just one of us being a bit upset with the other but we haven't actually argued. Its been 3 years we've been married and we really get along with eachother, we don't ever scream at eachother or argue
This is the same for me and my husband. 8 years no fights. Don't get me wrong we have bad moods and can get snippy- but we usually recognise the other is needing something, either space, comfort or reassurance. ❤
OMG please don’t feel like it’s superficial. I had a brain surgery, my third of seven, and they ended up shaving way more than the previous two surgeries. I was devastated. After being chronically ill and then having to loose my hair, it was a blow. But I did. I shaved it. My long time stylist was amazing and cried with me as she carefully helped me start fresh. I wore hats until my hair grew to a length that I felt I comfortable showing people my ‘new do’. What we didn’t know was that wouldn’t be the first time I would have to do that, but it was less scary and traumatic. A little over a month ago I underwent my seventh brain surgery, but before hand I asked “Please don’t “Do me dirty” on the shave”. He didn’t, and me and my ponytail are feeling pretty good at the moment. Sadly this won’t be my last brain surgery, Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension never goes away, and once you have brain shunts you will always need some ‘upkeep’. But I know how it feels as a girl loosing your hair and the self esteem hit. As much as we are told your hair is not your beauty it takes a bit to convince ourselves. For what it’s worth, I think you’re funny as hell. 😅😂
Carlo is such an honest, sincere man he can't lie! So sweet and refreshing to see this quality in a man! Sarah saying she can't lie on the other hand seems a bit contradictory the way she pranks him and tells him little lies constantly. At first I thought this was mean but now I've come to realize she means it in a teasing, playful way. I think Sarah means she can't lie in real life when it comes to important things. I believe Sarah is very sincere in her loving relationships with the people she truly loves and is very honest and sincere with them. I believe Sarah would be a wonderful friend in real life and as Carlo has said before she is very protective of the people she loves.
I used a loreal product that completely ruined my hair and I had to shave all of mine off. So I get the hair loss. My hair is slowly growing back, some spots will never a dermatologist said. I love the relationship between you two so much ❤🙏 thank you for your content it puts a smile on my face! 😊
loved your wedding film. i cried because i was so happy for you both. They made me think of my husband Nevin, who passed away one month ago and we had a wonderful Blessed marriage. He was a loving husband and He accepted and Respected my son as his own... He was a great guy but shy to others. With me He was himself and so funny. Our grandchildren were gifts from God. We had so much fun having them visit. We loved each other so much and we have loving memories that help me through the sadness of not having Him with me. I know He's in Heaven and not in anymore Pain and I know God is taking care of both of us. Enjoy your marriage and never let anyone try to destroy it. Keep God first and treat each other' and each others family with respect. Love you guys.
We absolutely loved Italy. The people and their warmth, food, flavor, and smiles were amazing to experience. Carlo is a true representation of beautiful Italian people, and Sarah is just too cute ❤ Molte Grazie 😊
I’m mostly Italian, but all of my family members who knew Italian or immigrated from Italy like my great grandma or my great great grandma, they all passed away before I was born. I’m mostly Sicilian and seeing your videos of you guys going to Italy really helped made me feel connected to my roots. Thank you, I hope someday to go to Sicily and learn about where my family is from. Love your videos ❤️
I love watching you guys. I’m Dutch and my partner is Southern Italian so we run into the same cultural differences which is so nice to see in another couple
Thanks for mentioning your hair loss problem. I also have the same and it's been difficult. But obviously Carlo loves you and thinks you are pretty, no matter how much hair you have❤ all the best for you!:)
My husband and I have been married 6 years and… no arguments. We talk about things before they turn into arguments. And we are very happy with each other.
From my experience, the most telling sign of healthy arguments and disagreements is when neither side ever disrespects the other because they love for each other makes that impossible. You argue-but never name call or say mean spirited things.
LOOOOVE YOU BOTH! Thank you for hours of laughter, and a few tears too. Thank you for showing us what a healthy, happy relationship looks like. Peace, love, and blessings to you and yours. ✌️❤
I just adore you two and cannot quit smiling when I watch you. This video was a real joy to see you two interacting with each other and with us in a more intimate way. As you mentioned Sara about Carlo being so funny, I really enjoyed seeing the normal everyday grown man side of him that we rarely see in the endearing and hilarious and so sweet video shorts of you two. We are all lucky to have him as a citizen of the USA! Love you two and really loved your wedding vows. A waffle for life or something like that. Priceless ❤
totally agree with you guys about the wedding night---it is SO EXHAUSTING when you are the couple! We both couldn't wait to just lay down, and we both went right to sleep!
You have a great relationship and I’m sure it will last Can’t wait till you have kids You are so positive in a stressful world. Your story brings such joy to this old girl
I cannot believe the nerve of some people 😮 Seriously! Why would someone ask about the size of his "mozzarella stick" as they called it? Absolutely ridiculous 😮
Wow! To think how many people are in this world. And how things could have turned out so differently. But...the ultimate match-maker decided that you two were perfect for each other, and...He made it so!! And the World is a better place!
You are the sweetest wife and beautiful. My partner was born in italy 🇮🇹 and came here when he was 17. He has a strong accent also and I love it. It’s so adorable, his Italian temper, it so cute ☺️ bummer . Anyway, he is old school, as I am. He loves to cook and my family loves him and his cooking 🤗. For my & my Mom’s 80th milestone birthday , he cooked for days and made restaurant dishes that excelled. He made stuffed mussels, chicken, beef dishes and salads, one was a delicious Russian salad. He always treated me very well. His parents barely spoke a word of English but his family is bilingual . Only my Father was all Italian, born in America. He was the most wonderful person. Anyway our parents were extremely hard working and it is a wonderful ethic to pass down. He used to make wine with his Dad. They had a house in Brooklyn with grapes hanging front the top of their backyard porch. They had a luscious garden where they could pick most of their meal from there and they would bottle or can the rest. His Dad was a farmer in Italy 🇮🇹 and a chef here. I grew up very close to my Dads side of the family and we learned the true family values that are so very important. When I met his Mom, she said that she lives for her family. She was the sweetest woman. Anyway enough of how proud I am of my Italian heritage (my Mom covers other wonderful heritage ancestors).❤️🇮🇹❤️
Sarah, I love your name, meaning Princess. And from the way Carlo looks at you, you’re a princess that turned into a beautiful queen. Also if you have any more troubles with your hair, just use the used grinds of your coffee, mixing it first in boiled red onion and one or two cloves. I do only two cups of water with the whole onion and with two cloves for I use it for my mother, and she is happy she still can have young hair and her hair doesn’t fall out so much.
Ok, i saw somewhere that getting pregnant in november is the best time. Bc once you do, you can eat as much at all the parties from nov-feb. Once summber comes, u will have a bump and you can look affordable in the summer. Also, you get to skip an entire summer of exercising lol. Once you have your baby, you can heal under all the layers in the fall/winter :)))
We spend 24/7 together and we don’t fight. Maybe one or two fights per year and they’re not even serious and we’re over it in a few hours. Also, we very rarely yell. We’ve been together 10 yrs and living together for 7. I used to think that all couples fight, until I got into this relationship. 🤷🏻♀️ Believe me or don’t believe me. I don’t care, but as someone who was verbally abused and screamed at my whole life, growing up and even after that, I think I’ve earned myself a peaceful relationship, finally.
How did you get in a relationship with someone so different from what you were accustomed to in childhood? I had a similar experience, and ever since learning about narcissists; I have been single for about 6 years. A good friend of mine wants to see where things go, and he doesn’t seem the type who would argue much in a relationship, but I’m afraid to ruin our friendship if things don’t work out yanno?
@@buildmeupbuttercup98 I went to a lot of therapy so that I could learn what behaviors are wrong and what behaviors are OK in a relationship and which ones are neither good or bad and just need us to be on the same page. That therapist helped me a lot. Anytime I got irritated with some thing my boyfriend at the time would do, I would ask my Therapist, if it weren’t anger, or if it was just me reacting to childhood trauma. She would tell me. I chose somebody very good who has a doctorate in psychology and specializes in marriage and relationships, and has been counseling couples for 18 years. So I made sure I chose somebody good, and that I could really rely on. It really helped. It helps train me to be able to recognize on my own. What behavior is problematic in my behavior isn’t. It also taught me how to approach somebody when I have a problem with what they are doing and how to approach them in a way that won’t make them feel defensive. All this helped make sure I did NOT sabotage the relationship with my trauma issues. It worked. He almost never triggers me anymore. Maybe 2-4 times per year, he does something that triggers me that I overreacted a little bit. But I’m even getting better with that now, too.
I grew up in Jersey with all Catholic Italians so it’s no surprise about anything you said. I now live in a tiny town in GA. I’m, let’s say the “old world” doesn’t have many residents here. Been married 20 years now and I can tell you communication and compromise with a willing heart will go a long way. Congrats guys! I’ve been watching you from the beginning.
I completely relate to you guys. I'm part Italian, I speak Italian, I grew up in a large Italian American community, my ex is Italian, and my cousin is married to a Napolitano. 🇮🇹❤️🙏🏻❤️🇮🇹
I've been with my Husband since we were 16 years old. In September, we will be together for 35 years, 25 years married. We have 2 boys and we tell our boys all of the time that there is no possible way you can ALWAYS have the same opinion as your spouse. Also, people who say they never fight are lying!!! There may be times when you absolutely love them, but don't like them at that moment. Fighting is healthy, its how you resolve the fights that matter. Be faithful, be grateful, be kind ALWAYS, have fun and laugh with and at each other, don't lie, don't cheat, don't discount the others opinion, be a true partner, and if you ever feel as though you are DONE - ALWAYS REMEMBER WHAT GOT YOU TO BECOMING EACH OTHERS SPOUSE.
Thank you so much for sharing about your alopecia. I have a form of alopecia and hair loss really shook my confidence. Hair is a small thing but it's a huge thing too.
I love how when they're talking about fighting, and Sarah says, it's never about anything serious, like cheating, Carlo laughs at the very idea of cheating, like it was totally ridiculous to even conceive if such a thing. 😊
CARLO AND SARAH ALWAYS KEEP MOST THINGS THAT ARE PRIVATE TO YOURSELVES. PEOPLE SHOULD RESPECT THAT. IF THEY DON'T, THEY ARE NOT RESPECTING YOUR PRIVACY. SARAH, KEEPING THE CARLO PARTS TO YOURSELF IS A BEAUTIFUL EXPRESSION OF YOUR LOVE FOR CARLO. I AGREE, AS I DO LIKEWISE. ALBEIT THOUGH, THANK YOU FOR THE ROMANTIC SHOOT OF CARLO CLASPING YOU TO HIM IN THE DOORWAY AND KISSING YOU. IT SHOWS HOW A MAN SHOULD BE WITH A WOMAN ... IT MAY HELP MEN WHO STRUGGLE WITH EXPRESSING THAT LOVE. AND WOMEN LOVE THESE GESTURES. BLESS YOU BOTH. Update ... apologies for the large captions ... I couldn't find where I had put my glasses ...
When Carlos spoke Italian, I swear I felt he was proposing to all of us😂😂😂When he makes you mad, have him recite a live pen in Italian, you'll forgot what you argued asap
Hubby and I have been married for 37+ years, and we've rarely argued. I had no idea you were losing your hair. I'm losing mine too, but mine is a thyroid and pernicious anemia problem, and my doctor is working on it. You would not look any less of a beautiful woman, without hair! You're pretty enough to carry off a no hair look too. So never feel insecure over it, Carlo loves you no matter what, so it shouldn't matter to anyone else!
I just found you on UA-cam a few days ago! I thoroughly enjoy your videos. I find your content very light and refreshing. You seem like a perfect match! I hope you're together forever.
You are both so lovely.. You *will have disagreements but to simply say, "I was wrong, I'm sorry" goes a long way. My wise Gran said to me on my wedding day "never ever go sleep on an argument" .. She was right... Its also important to have some "time out".. Friends & an odd "girlie day" or "man day" gets you through too, especially as the years roll on.. We have never ever gone out drinking at nights though without the other one, either of us. You guys will be OK regardless of everything life throws at you. Perfect couple & it was written in the stars!!
Precious humans! Wishing you all the love, happiness, and best life has to offer! Thank you for your vulnerability! To witness, relate, and learn is the most human thing! I am grateful to have found you guys :) yall are my favorite YT couple 🥰❤❤❤
I’ve been married for 28 years, we argue maybe not all the time, but yes we talk about it and explain why we got mad. But we don’t drag old issues into a new argument. But we love each other to bits and pieces.
Sarah, I never would have guessed about your hair. You are so honest. You are a very beautiful woman and you and Carlo(he is gorgeous) are perfect together. Thank you for sharing your story.❤❤❤
I feel so validated!!! We didn't wait for our wedding day after being together 2 and a half years and then on our wedding night, we were so tired, we just cuddled and talked and went to sleep!! LOL
I Love you two so much. Remember, communicating with each other is the key to a great marriage. God Bless and the best of luck. Yes, more wedding videos please.
I would nevwe have thought that this wasnt your hair! It is done beautifully. I also suffer from a hair lost condition. It is devastating. I was told not to get extensions because it would compromise the hair I have. Please speak more about this.
You both are such a cute couple, 😊and your take on waiting on marriage was so interesting especially as someone who wants to wait for faith and our savior Christ, Thanks for your amazing videos 🙏🏼 God bless🙏🏼
Carlo speaking Italian is magical
Si, più Carlo in italiano per piacere!!
@@dougules Ma lei qualche parola di italiano l'ha imparata o ancora no.
What did you all do before marriage the single life 10 minute story each...??? Please 🥺 and thank you!!!

Ya, because he's a normal dude who doesn't fit the stereotype of the "Italian Man".

Carlos being so confused about the Mozzarella Stick question is so innocent lmao

Your message is beautiful and I wish you have the strength and support to go through this terrible time ❤😢
We absolutely loved Italy. The people and their warmth, food, flavor, and smiles were amazing to experience. Carlo is a true representation of beautiful Italian people, and Sarah is just too cute ❤ Molte Grazie 😊
As an Italian myself born in Italy now live in Montreal, we speak with our hands, glad that you keep the tradition. Forza Italia 🇮🇹
You guys are adorable nuff said! I hope you do more content on cultural differences and similarities!
My husband and I have been married 6 years and… no arguments. We talk about things before they turn into arguments. And we are very happy with each other.
He’s so precious, he’s also a keeper 🦋❤️🙏
9:48 when he realized what “mozzarella stick” meant. 😂
I feel like Carlo rolls his eyes on the inside every time Sarah says she’s “Italian” 😂😂
Yesssss
From my experience, the most telling sign of healthy arguments and disagreements is when neither side ever disrespects the other because they love for each other makes that impossible. You argue-but never name call or say mean spirited things.
I am a Catholic too and I totally agree with Carlo. Loving someone and get intimate with that person is very natural.
I'm glad that you feel somethings need to be just for you and Carlo!
OMG NOOOOOO WHEN SHE SAID A PART SHE DOESNT SHOW TO THE INTERNET AND HE KISSED HER THIS IS THE MOST MOST ROMANTIC THING I HAVE EVER SEEN I AM MELTNIG
The first thing I do everyday is check to see if you two have posted anything new. I love you two!!!❤❤❤❤
OMG WHEN HE KISSES YOU CUTIESSS. YOURE BOTH MADE FOR EACH OTHER
I wish my daughters married a Carlo...don't wait so long have kids young you will never regret it!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Really respect that you keep some things to yourself. Thats important for your relationship especially when you are showing it to others!
The way sarah said I don't wanna show all of Carlo was so sweet n yes thts true keep tht status upto you both
Sarah, I love your name, meaning Princess.
Bravo Carlo! Il tuo inglese e' migliorato moltissimo! From an italian who married a Bostonian.. I share the pain :)
You guys should do more TMI videos. I love them ❤
Where is the best place to post questions for next time you guys make a TMI video?
I’m Italian and my husband is American. We have been married 41 years.
Can't wait to see you guys 10 years down the road.😊
Especially with the baby ❤❤😊
You kids are a joy to watch. Keep it real, always. I wish the absolute best for you.
You guys are amazing, may you always stay in love!
Is it just me or is his English getting even better? Way to go, Carlo!
10:50 wow this honestly shocked me your hair looks so natural and pretty
Love when you two do videos like this. We get to know you better. Much love
I agree. I commented earlier. It especially gives us a view into a different side of Carlo. They are just the best❤
Both of you make an adorable couple and I love listening to both of you❤
Precious humans! Wishing you all the love, happiness, and best life has to offer! Thank you for your vulnerability! To witness, relate, and learn is the most human thing! I am grateful to have found you guys :) yall are my favorite YT couple 🥰❤❤❤
Good girl Sarah😁👍🏼 He IS YOUR private Carlo❣️
I agree you don’t have to share everything 😊
I’ve been married for 28 years, we argue maybe not all the time, but yes we talk about it and explain why we got mad. But we don’t drag old issues into a new argument. But we love each other to bits and pieces.
Love yalls relationship!!! Its so inspiring and beautiful. Truly hope to have this some day
Sarah, I never would have guessed about your hair. You are so honest. You are a very beautiful woman and you and Carlo(he is gorgeous) are perfect together. Thank you for sharing your story.❤❤❤
I saved myself for marriage and ended up starting my cycle on my wedding day when I wasn’t supposed to yet, I was so bummed 😂
Nice choice of words when you're on your period " i was so bummed" 😮😂
@@kristie979 eww lmbo🤣
Period sex is awesome too! Don’t knock it till ya try it. Sex it out in the shower 🚿 🧼
Oooh!!! How long usually is your cycle tho?
@@boogermaiden 6 days😫
I cannot believe people have the guts to ask these questions!!!😮
We only answered the semi appropriate ones too! There were a lot worse!!😂😂
Now I'm crying cause i'm single and I want this 😭😂
The vibe between them is something else❤❤❤
I feel so validated!!! We didn't wait for our wedding day after being together 2 and a half years and then on our wedding night, we were so tired, we just cuddled and talked and went to sleep!! LOL
Sarah...you are such a beautiful person and i love your hair it looks so natural❤️
Love y’all, you definitely make a lot of laughs and smiles that are truly heartwarming ❤❤🙏
Not even Disney could write it better than Carlo!!
You both are such a cute couple, 😊and your take on waiting on marriage was so interesting especially as someone who wants to wait for faith and our savior Christ,
Thanks for your amazing videos 🙏🏼
God bless🙏🏼
Carlo is such a passionate man., you two make a beautiful couple. Sending continued blessings to you both.
