Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 - the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.
Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 - the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate - he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog ( / ryanserhant ) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."

All I need to do is win America's Got talent 16 times.
And then pay tax and then won it some more
But you got no talent
A random ventriloquist: I’m about to end this man’s whole career
Easy
And in 16 year price will also go up
I'll take it
16 million and you have to look at New Jersey all day.

- roof top pool
- 4000 sq ft terrace
- river view

That’s no apartment, that’s a mansion.
Mansion is 10k sq feet or more I do believe
@@davidward2634 Mega Deluxe Penthouse
It is f*cking huge but the living room area is quite small in comparison to my opinion.
Ryan is such a great sales person 💕 for a moment I though I could afford this place 😂 😂
He makes you feel lucky to rid your life of a mere 16mil..
XD
That is not including your monthly concierge fees and others from living in a place like that..
😁
I started thinking about how much I need to save every month to afford it. Then I realized that I can't even afford a plane ticket to NYC.
Like, let's look at the pocket .. oh, 16M, i am buing that :D
Imagine how weird this video would be if you couldn’t understand English
That’s me🙋♂️I don’t even live in NY lol
Why ? Wtf
Vad säger du?
な。 Well apparently you do
That’s basically the same for 90% of the other videos on the site
I just feel sorry for whoever has to clean the windows

Lol 3:33 the motion tracking markers are still in the shot.
Shhhhh 😂😂.
I seriously thought the markers were part of the chandelier 🤦🏻♂️🙃
This was the filmmaker remembering us the gigantic work they're doing
That editor spelled “dining” dinning too hahaha.
I thought they were LV monograms.
Nice! Luxury NY real estate. I am an investor and seeing stuff like this is always awesome! Thanks for sharing!
"Private" pool. Yeah if 200 people aren't looking out their windows.
privat means itsmjust your own and you don´t have to share it.
Maggi Würze lol you feel the need to go around the internet and jewsplain what “ private” means? Lolol
@@hollywoodchris definition according to the internet: "private: belonging to or for the use of one particular person or group of people only." I think you should check the net first bevor telling others to do

Is worth every penny! Beautiful, spacious, a lot of bedrooms, a freaking huge pool and awesome views, amazing!!!!!
Seen you on Million Dollar Listing New York and definitely a big fan. This apartment is simply epic from the stunning view to high ceiling. Luxurious indeed 🙌💯😎👍
More Tours! - I love Ryan's energy! That is how you sell a property, be excited about the property that you are selling and your clients will imbibe that excitement.
Me (with 21.50$ in my bank account): ahh yes automatic chandeliers so that i dont have to climb a ladder 20' to change light bulbs, makes sense
It is interesting to note that -
The comments actually say it’s a bargain!
That doesn’t happen in a Ryan Serhant’s video 😄
The space is awesome, but whoever decorated it sure seems like 13 year scene girl.
More tours my guy :)
i am not sure why but everything inside that apartment, bathroom walls, the furniture, the flamingo..it screams The Sims to me :(
To me, the place has very nice features but those are secondary in nearly every home. My problem with this property is that it has no character, no personality, a fake "aura" to it common in modern luxury homes. I'm no architect or interior designer but I have seen modern luxury homes with exquisite interiors full of character and passion. This interior though, it's lacking all of that. It just reminds me of an office space mixed with your ordinary Embassy Suites room.
Listen, I know a 13 million dollar place when I see one, can't fool me
Camille Cottin it hasn’t sold yet ?
@@cesargalvez8432 million dollar properties in places like NY can stay on the market for years. There are very few rich people and even lesser who necessarily want a place in New York.
pools overlooked by thousands of neighbors aren't very popular... plus you can only use it in summer. should've been an indoor pool.
@@camillecottin2944 Its actually #2102 not #2101. Get your facts clear first
I'm always looking for more tours. The best kind of inspiration.
Picturing myself doing a walk-through and scratching my chin. I love the amount of indoor/outdoor space and the view. Love the high ceilings. Not the biggest fan of built in TVs since tech changes pretty quickly. Having a pool is cool, but needs to be usable during cold temps (needs to be enclosed). Kitchen space is nice - although prefer a gas range.
Would love to see a tour of Ryan's apartment
Check out his older Vlogs it's here
Just watch his show on TV.
Thats some ugly furniture and decor for such an amazing apartment
The light fittings are awful 😅
It’s staged for the video man
Was just thinking money can’t buy taste. 16m for the apartment but how much to redecorate!?
I was thinking the same thing. Ugly furnishings, highly impersonal...
Very modernist.
Always so inspiring, keep up the great work Ryan!
The Aldyn is an amazing building indeed. Pure luxury. You can even walk to central park is close by.
Beautiful listing, Ryan! I’d snatch it up in a heartbeat if I had the means. **Note to the editor... correct the spelling of Dining Area.**
Chi-town. Hey editor, you almost blew my eardrums with that snare at the end! Seriously, you’re killing it though.
Awesome space and I agree the editing and filming is solid. Wild to believe there are people out there that can afford 16 million, it’s unreal.
Ryan wants this Apartment
Yes, this is what I’m talking about. That view, yes! ✨✨✨
You DEFINITELY spelled it as 'Dinning room'. I hope the extra N is included in the price!
I’m studying for my real estate license right now (I write it on Friday) and took a break when I saw you posted a new video! This was incredibly motivational and feel so driven to kill it! Thanks Ryan 😁👍🏼
More Tours! Like the place.
Keep it up Ryan and SMG.
your energy is so good. i get the vibes even by sitting thousand miles away.
16 million and not private because this apartment is surrounded directly by apartment buildings on the left and right. I'm sorry this is never 16 million worth.
looser mentality
@@caesarskiba9008 This has nothing to do with "looser mentality". These are pure facts. Not more or less.
@@bartobruintjes7056 Privacy is relative. Private for you is not private for someone else.
Literally this. You just paid $16 million. To live in a fishbowl.
Everytime you go on your terrace or to the pool, EVERYONE is looking down on you. Your neighbors can trade photos of all the different sugar babies you bring to go swim and tan at your place.
This is why the rich get penthouses. Because it's ABOVE everyone else.
I live in midtown NYC and have a ten million dollar penthouse that is glass enclosed across the way from me. It has remained unsold for years with ALL the curtains drawn. The toilet is even enclosed in glass, so if someone ever moved in, I could see a multimillionaire use it. What was the architect thinking???
This price truly reflects the pandemic. A few months ago it would have been listed for twice as much
True. Could be worth $ 30 million+ if property market was normal
No, it does not!!
What if it continues , will it go down more?
I doubt this video was shot recently. My guess is it was shot before the outbreak of Covid19.
Nothing is cheap unless u can afford it. Second , spacious luxury units are the reason why global warning is happening as more marine sand is being used to make raw material to construction these towers
Wow, this property is spectacular! Fantastic living room, and a great view from the massive windows! WOWWWW
Love his energy/excitement 😂❤️

Yuriy doea the porperty tour
nice place, but it definitely needs some interior work done. I wouldn’t say this style is simple or even “minimalist.” This is flat out boring & basic. I love modern spaces, this one is a huge flop.
Everything is awesome🔥
Looking for more ideas and knowledge of Crazy Houses!!
Such a Big fan from Philippines🇵🇭

When is the new season of Million dollar listing New York going to air?
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is due to start June 16, 2020 from the BravoTV web site...MDL New York isn't even listed. They may be shooting it right now.
Ye so hopefully this is worth 10K after corona so I can actually afford it
WOW!! What an amazing property!!
More tours please! You're amazing
at 3:33 , when the editor forgets to hide the tracking points lol
Hate when you forget to remove the motion tracker dots 3:33
Kudos to the editor for leaving the 3d Track points on one of the room shots! I like the subtle motion graphics! 👌🏽
More Tours. this is amazing simply enjoy them all
This apartment looks just like the main characters apartment in Billions. Actually identical. Like, I would be willing to bet money on it.
Jack Player I thought the same thing. I think it is actually

If I can switch the stove to a gas instead of electric I would def buy that place
I doubt an apartment that expensive has electric stove. It’s likely an induction cooktop

International buyers, there are plenty
There's no better time to invest in real estate. Specially in NY.
That would probably cost more otherwise...then add the interest rate.
I didn’t like the outdoor else I would have paid cash and bought it.
Same! Looks too generic:/
