Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 - the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.
Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 - the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate - he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, "Sell It Like Serhant," started a successful vlog ( / ryanserhant ) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can't do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, "Expansion. Always. In all ways."
35 Devoe Street is an Exclusive Nest Seekers Listing
Great house but don't rush the tour, I wanted to see more of the interiors honestly..
Exactly, that’s what I felt too. Nonetheless, it was a good video. For longer property tours, check out Enes Yilmazer’s UA-cam page - m.ua-cam.com/channels/HWbZM3BIGgZksvXegx_h3w.html
ohaggie I LOVE ENES
@@ohaggie enes is great ...but this guy talk to much
He was too coked up.
@@tryitout-701 , IKR - him and Eric Conover - flying high
The music totally overpowered Ryan’s voice. It was distracting.
Yep, cool video but audio is all over the place
Next time they should play some @arkpatrol
Agree. Really weird
Yup
Not as distracting as his shoes
Why does this seem like deal even though I cant afford it lol? I really said 4M? Not bad lol
For nyc it feels like a house outside the city
I think it is a deal covid markets are down. I don't really know much about these things aside from just fantasy homes I will never have plus this guy Ryan prices on the low end I assume pricing to sell.
You sound like you live in Greece.
You're used to seeing videos of apartments that are +15mil so when something like this comes along, suddenly it isn't that bad. 4 million is also way closer to reality for a lot of people.
@@ilanspierer7496 real estate is not like the stock market. It reacts slower and different. Market may be lower than usual but its not like "Down" or something
Dramatically oversells a very modest normal looking home. “Mansion” was funny
In New York, San Fransisco , and Los Angeles, this is a mansion.
I mean in NY this is great
$4 million dollar normal home mate. It’s all location location location. You can get a massive ranch for that, in a shitty location
"you have this awesome side window looking out over your garden pathway back to the pool....". Its just a normal window looking at a fence lol. We have to admit that Ryan can sell stuff!
I’m not gonna lie, I was disappointed at the backyard as to how small it was. But he raised a good point, I’ve never seen a listing in NY with any form of backyard
There’s actually hundreds of townhouses with backyards here. Pools, not so much! Haha
At least towards the city yes, if you're moving towards the city I wouldn't expect that big, spacious backyards would be your first priority
thats NOT a pool its a large Jacuzzi
He is trying his best to sell it. $3.5mil could get you a HUGE mansion anywhere else in US or Canada.
@@CommandoMaster It's always funny when people say that, bc then you'd have to live anywhere else than NYC. It's like saying "oh for the price of a Bentley, you can buy five Fords". But then you'd have Fords...
LOL. I love how Ryan said it’s the whole width of the house, 21 feet! Hilarious! Ryan, you could sell a petri dish, you’re such a good salesman! Love your enthusiasm. Keep up the great work! Aloha!
Ryan- “Let me show you this beautiful mansion.
Everyone- “Why is the music overpowering his voice? Why did you rush the tour I wanted to see more of the house? The pool was very underwhelming. There isn’t a garage and no real security.”
Ryan- “Check out! This side entrance one AGAIN!” 😂
And why are you calling it a mansion?
@6:41
Ryan - “you got a bathroom that’s right there” *points to it*
Camera man - *pans to the plants/pool* 😂
Also why the music so loud when he is talking? 👀
was thinking the exact same thing. Why show us the pool then.
Yes. I was wondering the same...
Yeah, his editors always do that. They’re really not into their job.
The background music was way too distracting, I m guessing you guys have changed the editor and they need to improve, all love 💙
I think New York property prices are way too high, very proffessional property introduction though !
everybody has been saying that for decades, but reality is, it will continue to get more and more expensive.
Its not very high baby. It will go higher. New York city is a very rich city with many people. Read demand-supply relationships , its ECO 101.
High demand = High prices
It’s called economics. Supply and demand. Same reason why you’re watching a video about nyc real estate... you want it and wish you could buy it
That Pool is literally the best thing! The interior was just ok. . . I don’t know. I definitely was expecting more of the Brooklyn-esque feel
The interior kind of sucked, it looked like it came straight out of ikea... A rusty wooden and steal theme wood fit that house soo nice.
Ryan: "and you get this AWESOME private alleyway back to your yard!!"
Mediocre salesperson: "this is a semi-detached townhouse"
That's how he sells it, that's why people work with him
@@estherpavlenko and that's the secret behind his success.
not really a steal when there’s no garage or parking. you’ll need to find a parking spot which in nyc isn’t easy..
you can definitely get away with no car in williamsburg
No-one drives in New York. Just like no-one walks in LA.
Alejandro fuentes walk? Lol in NY we Uber, black car or ride the subway. Only place to walk is the park (Prospect if you’re in Williamsburg) and the local stores. If u need a car move to LI or up state
it’s a suburban street on the outskirts of the city, and most people who’d live here would likely have only one car so it wouldn’t be too hard.
Maybe you can transfer the front yard to a parking spot or that’s what it used to be. And when you take over a house and the current owners have a parking soort. Can’t you transfer that with the house, those rights. Or how does that work in NYC. They definitely won’t need those anymore
You forgot to mention: It’s also 3 blocks away from the projects.
🤣 True
It adds a little dose of risk, which makes the house even more adventurous! You just raised the property to $5M.
It’s very Scandinavian! Spacious, lots of natural light, simple yet perfection no matter the direction you look! Love it!
Took me pausing the video to realize the smoke detector beep wasn't at my house (I couldn't' figure out why it was beeping so quickly)
Hahaha, same here!
Wait i didn't hear a smoke detector at which mimute do you hear it?
Looked everywhere hahaha
Yep! Got me too! HA!
I guess in New York they are allergic to new techs and quality...
Yeah like wtf. I don't see how this is a good place at all. You can touch your neighbors walls. 3.5m for a pool with no privacy
@Esport Highlight Eh, look again at the pool scene, you can look straight into your neighbors windows.
Gotta give it to Ryan man he tried really hard to hype this house up and it was super underwhelming.
The only personality that house has is Ryan. He’s an expert at making something out of nothing.
Rich ppl are leaving nyc in droves. That’s why it is 3.5 mil
same happening in London lol
I can imagine some consider moving to Canada.
Thanks to de Blasio
True. But it’s also in a terrible area
what does this mean? leaving nyc in drought?
“But I could also go nude” I thought Ryan was about to plug his new Only Fans page
he said at least not for this channel that's exactly what I thought
This house needs to be in my life.
Ok 👍
This place is awesome. I thought he said the pool was 50 ft deep at first. CAN YOU IMAGINE
Such a lovely place feels really homely...
Great house Ryan. The smoke detector was beeping through your entire walk-through.
Wait, I don't hear it..
I think its because he is a hot guy
#Im not Gay I just admire him
@@MerikDucker, it's okay. The house was awesome, Ryan was on point as usual, and you did a great job with the sound...a win all the way around.
Your excitement brakes the youtube algorithm! Keep it up bud!
Beautiful property. Love the dark exterior. Great interior as well. Small but intimate garden. The pool is great, a little tropical vibe. There is something very sexy about this home. Loved everything about it.
The word of the day is Pool and Love, about 500 times.
Right now with C19 pools are a big selling-point, people are buying above ground pools right now like crazy
i hate and love these videos cos they make me realise how much i cant afford but they also make me excited for the future as if i worked hard enough i could achieve a property like this
If you happen not to own a place like this, it doesn’t mean you failed at life. There were plenty happy hardworking families who had less that were evicted so Brooklyn could be gentrified.
So this is what they gentrified Brooklyn for? For a places half the size of a home you could have had in Long Island and much less 😅 This is a “mansion” 😂😅😂
Ryan's channel is better than Million Dollar Listing
Good looking building, back yard great, inside leaves me underwhelmed
Like a good looking boring lover
Hi Ryan and team, is the penthouse self contained i.e. does it have its own external entrance or is it only accessed via the main front door? Thanks.
Its literally an over priced town house. Also the fire alarms need new batteries.
READY, SET, GO
That's a pretty dope spot!
*Looks like Ryan needs to start carrying some 9V batteries in his arsenal for those pesky smoke detectors.*
That’s not for this channel implies that he has a separate special secret channel
Yes I’m joking
3.5m to let the neighbors watch you in your pool from their kitchen window. Those places are so close to one another you can touch each others wall.
This is prob the first of your listings where I don't even remotely see how its worth the asking price
Beautiful home! The chirping fire detector is a little funny for such a fancy home 😆
Ryan, this property is BEAUTIFUL! Inside and out. Amazing!
Greetings from Los Angeles, Ca.
Ready, set, go
Zena is the cutest Baby i have ever seen in my life, she is soo cute❤❤!
I've always wanted to live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn after reading 'A Tree Grows in Brooklyn'.
Prince Serhant! You could easily be a Superhero or a Prince in a Disney Movie.
I like the fact that Ryan gives the important facts and not rambles or make cheesy jokes.
Beautiful ❤
Great house and ur video alway osm..i am doing same work in india..tq sir
Pro trick : watch movies at kaldroStream. Been using it for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.
@Armani Kenneth yea, I've been watching on kaldrostream for since december myself =)
Honestly, the main reason I watch most of Ryan's videos is for his personality. Definitely is in the right field!
Ready, Set, Go
ANOTHER smash hit Ryan!! Always love your content and pure raw energy!! Been watching you for years! Keep up the great and hard work brotherman and MadLove from CbassPlays!
Great house but I'd like to see more of it. I like to see all the closets and bathrooms etc
I was with you when you had 30k followers Ryan and now you’re nearly at 1 mil and you deserve it bro. You’ve kept me so motivated and I can thank you for a lot of my success....I’ll give you 30% of thanks for it, I had to still do the rest haha love ya dude ❤️
Thanks for telling me & my friends where we can find a pool in the backyard of an empty house. Fence looks low enough.
Looks like you almost hit your head in the master bedroom. Claustrophobia. No way.
Its a gorgeous place. A little pricey but very nice. Does the upstairs have a private entrance?
The production quality of those videos is getting better and better. Kudos
Ryan is the type of guy that you like more and more for every time you see him, thats why he’s winning
Ryan Serhant really opened my eyes Like the architecture in these video's are so interesting and intense
Dude, you need a salesmen on your team that really knows Brooklyn. All of Brooklyn!
And that salesman is me! Born and raised on the streets of Brooklyn (you have to read that statement to a nice beat in your mind lol)
Michael Byrdsong he actually has an office in Brooklyn w/agents from the area
Amanda Zodo yeah I know... I’m from Brooklyn and I’m a real estate agent... you gotta keep knocking on those doors :-)
It dawned on me watching this video, (out of so many videos I've watched since the beginning) that we've never seen a blooper reel supercut compilation from Ryan. The only thing I can think of that's somewhat similar was the time when he was modeling those suits in the fashion show and let out that shriek of excitement! Lolol. No Harsh Ryan, if I lived your life I'd probably be locked in on that level of excitement about everything. Keep up the great work and all. (Maybe end of season have a funny blooper reel supercut. )
Love from Pakistan ur such a talented guy though ✌🏻
I fucking swear im gonna be able to buy this in 15 years ...i fucking know it.
A Mansion in Brooklyn? Wtf? That’s dope. I would love to have a mansion in BK.
Imo I think this house gets a lot of traffic noise, thats why the music was there to overpower everything
Everyone wants a pool!!!!! Great video as always brother!
I have to questions Ryan’s commitment for not jumping in in his birthday suite
Im claustrophobic and that entry way is terrifying 🤢😲🤢
Grew up in Williamsburg Brooklyn and one can only dream to have something like this or a home like this was only in Los Angeles or other places never in nyc . Not in a million years I would imagine Private pool and big yard in Brooklyn
Ready, set, go!
Are there drawbacks of a saltwater pool? More corrosion in pipes and pumps?
Don’t forget to Change the fire alarm batteries 🔋 beep lol 😂 beep 🔥
There isn't a lot of security in this house
People can just go to your backyard by that path next to the house and broke the window door that gets you inside the house and then you know what could hapen
Amazing stunning OMG.
In Saudi Arabia, you could get a palace ( 5000 M Square ) with 3.5 million 10 bedrooms cinema room, pool, 10 bedrooms, etc. 🙂
“Ready, Set, Go”
Don't know if I wait more for Ryan's videos or to see which shoes he is wearing with his suit
4M and no parking??
Its a city.
As if ur going to buy it
It could have a garage
@@sambutearth5850 she might actually, who are we to tell?
Where is the private entry for the penthouse if one wishes to rent it out?
I’d like the stairs if they were black. White is prone to getting dirty and the black definitely gives it more of a rustic/Brooklyn vibe
Your a great salesman seriously.
finally another mainson tour! lets go
You are a blessing for 2020. Can’t wait to see more.
Interesting home. Looks like no hvac and the penthouse needs a lot of love.
Incredible video as always Ryan! These homes really take our breath away.
Walk me through exactly what about those kitchen lights is "perfect"
Is Ryan always this extra, take it down a notch bro.
Me looking at the alleyway, thinking this is perfect serial killer nightmare fuel.
I'd want a wifi camera on that whole alley! If your on my property you have NO PRIVACY!
Great place! Penthouse would def. make a great master bedroom
I really love all the details of that house it is beautiful
3:30 seems like he's rapping
oh my goooooddddddddd..the pool! :O
4M and no subzero fridge??
❤ Breukelen
Ryan Serhant is the main reason why ppl are moving out of NYC
Nice. Throw a tall sunroom type roof on top of that pool with retracting roof panels so there’s climate control and minimal leaf-cleaning problems, and I’m sold!
So did y'all think we wouldn't notice the fire alarm battery low alert? Replace the battery, children!
Looks like modern conjuring 2 house
Weird freezer placement in second kitchen.
