Thanks Crystal for this tutorial! I think I'll try changing between 2 colors. The regular DCs would be a light sand color and the shells a peachy color. Loving this tutorial!

I love a one row repeat, it lets me zone out and not have to worry about counting stitches after each row. This really looks more complicated than it is and it's so satisfying to watch it come together so quickly. I can't wait to try it out! Thanks!

I like how you explain the base chain etc and the multiples. This pattern is in the Jan Eaton 200 blocks book and I thought it would be super pretty for a bigger blanket. Those those blocks are designed to be a specific size though and I'm not so great at working out how to make things bigger 😄

What a great stitch to add to my BOD notebook. I can't wait to do this for a lap blanket to donate. It isn't heavy but will help the elderly when the AC is blasting here in AZ. I will use it myself. After a spinal stroke the AC really messes with my legs. Thank you for sharing Crystal.
