  • Flaxseeds are a good source of omega 3s, antioxidants, and fiber when ingested. The gel substance can help hydrate the skin and temporarily tighten the skin when it’s dry. But it is not a substitute for Botox as people clam it is. Looks kinda fun to try though tbh.

You're right. This is not the same as botox. It is 1000 times better than botox because this is non toxic and the most epic product that won't put a hole in your wallet. Plus your skin will look and feel amazing.

Yes, this is mostly definitely not Botox, is better than Botox. Is natural, anybody can do and afford and it does wonders without the side effects. Most importantly it doesn’t damage your skin

As an dermatologist I wanna tell that nothing works better than natural things... I am an Indian who used to have hormonal acne skin breakouts n tanning during my teenage I used to use both natural products as mainly face masks (neem, aloe vera, chia seeds, flaxseeds, turmeric, honey, rice, curd) n chemical products too(under a budget as I was from middle class family).. Flaxseeds definitely work great for skin.. But be careful if u have sensitive skin
