- Profidiesel 1.9tdi 2.5 inch Straight Through Turbo-Back Exhaust Upgrade. Great value system with 1 free-flowing silencer for mk4 tdi Golf platform vehicles including Audi A3 8l, SEAT Leon mk1, Toledo mk2, VW Golf, Bora (Jetta), Skoda Octavia mk1. Car shown is Seat Leon FR TDi 150pd ARL. After a couple of weeks downpipe mounting bracket broke but was easily and quickly welded back on. System does not come with exhaust tip, but I had one welded on. Before and after exhaust sound shown.
Redline Revs recommend this system over milltek: profidiesel.net/

@@RedlineRevs its the same sound, sounds like shit
These guys are dumb sounds a lot better mate
Sounds like the same
🤣😂 you have right
The standard exhaust definitely looks better, can hardly see the new one!
Sorry guys the final before & after drive by clip is actually the same clip repeated twice. Video editing has never been a strength of Redline Revs. Please subscribe and sit tight till I have time to fix this and upload again.
HI. Is this Exhaust much louder in everyday use?
Hey friends
Which is the good oil for 1.9tdi diesel engine?
Please suggest.
Thanks
5:38 Are you sure it was a after straight trough clip? Because the before clip the white car passed. And the after again the car passes. I think it's the same clip.
Whoops, well spotted. I will upload some more before and after videos to make up for it.
Thanks for pointing that out, finally got round to fixing it: ua-cam.com/video/n62fji4Z2Bo/v-deo.html
Thank you for this video feedback of profiDiesel product!
Still have a question:
- Is the sound inside the car still low and comfortable ? I mean, no vibration? no droning sound in the car on the motorway ?
Thx
No vibrations or droning on motorway speeds with the profidiesel exhaust. It's a great system, you get a lot of exhaust for the money. Very sorry to all viewers that I haven't shown the correct exhaust in second drive by video, still haven't had time to rectify this but will put something up eventually. We have a baby now so much less time.
As promised, here is the correct drive by footage of stock vs profidiesel exhaust: ua-cam.com/video/n62fji4Z2Bo/v-deo.html
Please suggest good oil for 1.9tdi diesel engine.
Thanks.
for what is the radiator under the passenger seat?
thanks for reply, need bigger bore because im going to stage 1 my leon
Stage 1 works with original parts
Stage 2 I thought you need exhaust, intake etc...
At the end, you used the exact same video clips for both passes. Look at the white van moving at the end.
Carl Hillyard thanks, thats already been pointed out. I've uploaded the drive bys corrected in another video.
Its the same..why dont you change em for 3.5..staight like straight man...
the before and after clip at the end are the same video
Do you have the engine management light on? And does it pass MOT's without having to slip the tester a £20?
I only had engine management light on due to no EGR valve. For me the profidiesel exhaust didn't throw up a catalytic converter insufficient flow code, but the cobra exhaust on my Cupra R does. Decats are for off-road use only. Usually cats are necessary to pass an MOT, but it sounds like you might know a way around that.
Could have easily fixed old exhaust that sounded the same 😁
Hi, I know this is an old video however I’m hoping somebody can answer my question. As this exhaust is decatted (no dpf) will it fail a mot here in the uk?
uhhh yes...no cat then means you messed with the emissions so auto fail. if you have to ask this question just replace with oem.
Same clip same sound lol :D
How many
you should get rid of that muffler and put a straight pipe it will sound better
Do you need 3 new nuts or 3 new bolts? What size are they?
Yes 3 nuts, they are M8 Thread with 12/13mm
VERY NICE
A shame you couldn't find a real weldor INITIALLY...
I hate diesel but its not the topic here.
I think your exhaust is not adjusted properly with your rear bumper, just add 10 or 15 cm would be best.
Hi, thanks for your comment. The profidiesel exhaust system is a lot of exhaust for the money, but you have to find a tip for the back. Some of this footage was filmed before I put an exhaust tip on it.
sound like an oblivion character
I am sure turbo needs a back pressure otherwise it becomes like a fan
Elvis Putnoee not at all turbos love free flow, spool better.
exactly the opposite, you want no restrictions after the turbo, the exhaust being forced through the turbo is what spools it, having less restrictions the air can move more efficiently and quicker creating a faster spool. same reason you would remove a muffler or cat
How is with gasses ?? I want to buy this exhaust but i'm not shure about gasses eu have strict restriction for exhaust sound and gasses
I have 2003 vw golf 1.9 tdi 4moton 101hp
need to know if I'm going to throw away the money :)
dude where did you buy the system from? I would like to buy one. thanks
Ian Da Silva www.profidiesel.net they also sell them on their eBay shop.
Is it cheaper than the miltek
Waaaaaaaaaay cheaper
That will not passed MOT especially if you take the decat off it was failed MOT
Incorrect
If anyone is going to do this make sure your exhaust is out enough or has a heat shield or you will melt your back bumper or could even set alight
if only the exhaust piping was just one d1ck length longer this would be perfect.. 😅 or mount a kinda long exhaust tip
@bboyx95 😂😂😂 it's right though
is decat illegal?
Home Fro y
Home Fro yes
You will get MOT with it?
As long as you give the MOT tester an extra £30 and a blindfold
How many that exhaust
There's a link to the Profidiesel website on video description.
any horsepower increase?
jenick Johnson definitely feels like it
This will pass the m.o.t
I don't see and hear change.
Profidiesel systems aren’t anything to shout home about. I bought a full system for my Ibiza tdi and the weld on the downpipe snapped clean in half. They can’t weld properly over there lol
Repair that snap still cheaper than a milltek.
Нещо за България ли чух🤔

a3 isn't audi, but a golf rebadged. Audi begin with a4 (quattro, obvious).
audi actually did not begin with a4 shut your mouth
@@raccs600 your mother knows his son just play "opinions" about cars on youtube ..instead of doing his homework for school?!😂
do some actual research & get back to me dumb fuck ....... quattro !? because the a3 doesn’t have quattro 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just skipped 5 Times and everytime i hear a Ehm Ehm
lol
No difference at all
Straight pipe is better
You can't really make a 1.9tdi truly sound 'good', but you can improve the exhaust flow for better performance and profidiesel have the best value solution for this.
meh..
Shit before, shit after
That sounds like shit
